Great pool. Excellent location. Good restaurant on premises.

The hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Pool was great and perfect walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Staff very accommodating and pleasant. Much quieter than the hotels on the beach and just a few minutes walk to beach and stores. Only complaint was no hot water in evenings in shower in my unit.

This is the second time that I have stay at the Gamma Hotel is very nice,clean and people very friendly I will stay there in the future.

Very friendly staff, made us feel like there were no other guest, facilities are very nice, we hared to leave and return home

Property is clean and quiet. Will come back again. Would like a hair dryer in the room and a magnifying mirror.

I really enjoyed my stay.The staff were amazing, always making sure everything was clean and covid safe. The property and pool was beautiful. The only negative thing is the beds and blinds need replacing. The beds were very uncomfortable.

This place was amazing with great rooms and an amazing pool. The one thing they need to do is to make there menus for restaurant to have English as well. as its hard to order your food when you cant read Spanish

Horrible place, they kick you out of the pool at 6 becausece they have an event, and then, without any respect they put very loud music. Once you tell them you have small children, they say they do not care and they have an event. WORST HOTEL EVER

When we got there the Man at the gate was very rude. We saw oranges cones by the entrance and one cone by the exit it was confusing so we stop where the man was standing by the exit and we asked him in a nice way if that was the entrance and he even didn’t let me finish , he was looking at us like a trash and said what is your name? In the mean time we didn’t feel welcome I was driving my sister old car. When he asked where I was coming from and I said US, He try to change his actitud but it was too late because he allready showed his actions.The floor had big scratches I thought it was durty and the bathroom where you put the soap and shampoo was broken and they just provide 1 little bottle of shampoo and one soap no conditioner or body lotion. I was very dessapoint it for what I paid, usually Fiesta inn is one of the best hotels but this one needs more attention. The staffs in the Restaurant don’t even pay attention to the guests we were standing for five minutes at the front, the Hostess was talking the all time until I ask if we can coming. No one attended us we didn’t now who to ask for a coffee some ladies were looking at us and got up and said do you need anything else I believe she was a Manager or supervisor. We had to ask for the check at the front. I don’t recommend at all.

Estuve una sola noche, por viaje familiar y en el otro hotel no había disponibilidad suficiente por lo que tuve k elegir una noche en otro hotel, escogí este y fue una muy buena opción

Upon arrival I notice my curtains Where dirty, I reported to house keeping but they never got changed. Mirrors Dusty floor look like in never been mop

Beautiful clean hotel, 10 minutos close to de beach and netx to diferents restaurants, markets and shops. Breakfast was very nice for a low price. It's a very good convinian hotel if you want to move around...

El servicio fue excelente. Todos los empleados fueron muy amigables y nos ayudaron a que la estansia fue de lo mejor. Especialmente el mesero Noel que es muy amable y nos dio un gran servicio .

We enjoyed our week at the Gamma Ixtapa! The facility was very clean, the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our housekeeper was wonderful, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and fun towel animals left on the bed. Two bottles of water were left in our room daily. The only downside of the room was the mattress which could use replacing. The pool area is beautiful with lots of vegetation. We ate in the restaurant quite a few times and were never disappointed with the food. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the market. We would definitely return to the Gamma in Ixtapa!
