Absolutely fantastic apartment style hotel. We booked out all 3 rooms as I was travelling with my girlfriend and her family. Rooms are lovely, modern and spacious. Fast Wi-fi and quiet. No kettle which was a pity but not that important as there are plenty of coffee shops. Supermarkets, takeaway pizza shops and the Main Street are within minutes of this hotel. Would very highly recommend it. La Spezia itself is ok, not too much to do and we spent most of our time in the 5 villages (short train journey away) or in Portoverne (20 minute bus) both of which were breath taking!

The hotel staff did only the minimum: we got no recommendations for restaurants or a short explanation about the room facilities. The room was also very simple: there was only a little bin in the bathroom, no drawings at the walls. The baddest things were the traffic noise and air pollution: our room was situated at the first floor and the only option was to close the window. In the bathroom was a smell of paint (paint cans of a neighbour). The city was also very bad: very stinky and crowded, bad restaurants, not the Italian atmosphere we expected. So if you like to visit Cinque Terra, please choose a hotel in one of these villages: they are beautiful.

Lovely place. Had some trouble getting into the place but someone came to help is quickly after we called them. Room is great and so is the location!

Extremely helpful and welcoming! Room in good location, close to all I needed and wanted to do. Suggestions given and much appreciated. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was nice, clean and very close to restaurants, shopping and the train station!
