I usually stay in this nice hotel, but unfortunately last time I had a bad experience with the front desk guy, there was a minor miscommunication and instead of trying to resolve the issue in a good manner, his attitude was terrible.I think his name was Ajour or something similar to that.

They did not hold our reserved room and gave it to someone else even though we stopped by at 8:30 AM to confirm our arrival. Very poor management and then they did not even offer a voucher or other compensation. We had to stay in separate rooms on my birthday night.

Very outdated the blue throw pillow was dirty, the shower head missing a gasket so water pouring out and going on the floor outside of the shower, a dried up booger on the shower wall near the shower head. The trash can looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned in years, the bedroom light switch near the entrance door in the other room, the door doesn’t close automatically. The price is not worth the stay…….

The property was inexpensive, had a usable kitchen and good internet. Otherwise, the condition of our room poor. Much of it was in disrepair (bathroom sink and toilet seat, curtain, flooring) and the furniture appeared worn and not well cleaned. We were definitely not comfortable in the room and re-booked elsewhere.

Rooms are very nice and large but are showing their age. Lights don’t necessarily work and the TV is hit and miss.
For some reason the phone beeps every few minutes.
The staff are lovely and amenable. They will help wherever they can but face the challenge of dealing with some disrespectful guests who like to make noise throughout the night.

After the change of ownership was expecting a few cosmetic improvements.
Its fine but a bit ragged around the edges.
The main issue is the noise at night from the endless motorbikes or cars revving incessantly.

It wasn’t cleaned before I checked in, sink and bath drain didn’t operate properly, there were ants in tub and towel rack was broken. They did offer me a different room at a slightly raised price.

I been staying at this hotel for sometime now. This has to be the worst visit ever. I will never stay here again. The plumbing was not working and when they said they would upgrade the room was not clean.

No Communication when the water was off. End up moving to another Hotel. No water for almost 24 hours is unsatisfactory. Unable to speak with Management. I would never stay at this Hotel again

Service was excellent. Centrally located for best planning purposes.However the design of the shower made it very hard to get in and out safely as the water ended up making puddles on the floor.

WiFi went down minutes after I got there. Called an told the front desk. They said IT department working on it. This was around 7pm. Called back at 11pm and told them I will be checking out tomorrow instead of the next day. I needed WiFi to talk with my family. They also will keep half of your refund. You can pay with your credit card, but they won’t refund the money back to the card. They will pay you only half of what you paid an say the rest is to cover the rest card fees. Never again.

The location of the property is very good. And the man who cleans the rooms was always working and friendly. But the room needs work different parts of the floor felt squishy when walked on. The windows didnt lock and we were on the 13th floor i was terrified every time my kid got near the windows. Some of the fixtures were hanging off, and some of the lights didnt work. But what I was most unhappy about was the room was not like the description we reserved a suite with a pull out couch for our daughter to sleep on. There was no pull out couch in the room so my daughter had to sleep with us. If i would of known we would the couch wasnt available like in the description we would have stayed somewhere else.

The apartment was comfortable and huge, the location was perfect near by many restaurants and cafes, the staff were friendly and helpful, the only bad thing was the housekeeping they didn’t clean the apartment even I saw the staff outside the door and told him that we are going out so he can come to clean but when we come back at night it wasn’t clean and i asked for clean towels and when I ask why didn’t clean he said we were busy
