Very conveniently located. You can just walk under 10 minutes to a number of restaurants for dinner Breakfast could be a lot better. It is very average. The room was very sizeable (2br 2ba) and clean. We liked the washer dryer in unit, as well as the fridge . Car service to and from hotel was comfortable and on time. 4 of us sat comfortably in an Alphard- 3 big suitcases 1 snowboard bag.

One of the best ski hotels at which I have stayed. Ski valet is awesome. Beds were great. Showers were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is perfect.

Property was really good but staff was very inflexible with room stay and late checkout even though the hotel was at 10% capacity. It was sad that this was the case as it was a really nice place.

Everything was excellent besides the fact that Front Desk was a bit inflexible when giving us a late check out of an hour and half later than the specified time. They did give us the extension but staff was not particularly friendly.

My friends and I go to this hotel every year during ski season. I have been stayed in this hotel for past consecutive four years. This is my first time to drop comment because I have to do it this time. I do like this hotel in terms of location and property condition. Service is overall good. EXCEPT.... the hot spring spa... that's getting worse, worse and worse every year. The first time of the case was that my wife/friend was enjoying hot spring but suddenly two female wearing swimming suit going into the hot spring. My wife told them it's not allowed in Japan hot spring but they insisted and my wife had no choice to leave and told the hotel staff. The recent cases were really shock - one female was bringing her mobile phone inside the hot spring (remember that all other female were wearing nothing) and keeping to watch her mobile; one girl was wearing underwear going into the hot spring. This time... my wife had no choice to report the cases to hotel staff. What the staff response was they had put the user's guide inside the hot spring and they could do nothing if their guests didn't follow to do. I don't agree with that. Actually, who will see the user's guide (a small piece of paper) in case if it's noticeable before using the hot spring!!! I have stayed over 50 different hot spring hotels in Japan and most of the hotels will give me the hot spring guide during check-in so that I can be reminded about this. So AYA must bear a lot of responsibility about aforementioned.

Nice and new. King size bed is super big. Great! Except the bathroom roller blind have a damp and unpleasant smell. Bathroom floor tiles sticky and look dirty which is the downside. Prefer individual seal packed shampoo, conditioners and bath lotion. No body lotion is provided especially during cold weather. Too early for check out at 10am. Maybe 11am will be better.

Beautiful property, great value during off season

Fabulous hotel - very clean and the room that we stayed in was huge by Japanese standards. Having the onsen at the hotel didn't hurt either. Would love to stay here again if we are in Niseko as the hotel has surpassed our expectations. All the staff could speak english too!

Booked a two-bedroom suite but one of the room doesn't have the AC setting, we have to open the door for getting the fresh air. The rest of things are nice.

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel condition is very good but one thing I don’t quite like is their policy for housekeeping. I stay there 4 nights. On the first 3 nights, they do minor cleaning only. Means toilet cleaning only. The rest of the room, they won’t touch. On the 4th day, they will do major one which includes fixing your bed and clean the floor. The king size bed is comfy of course but leave you almost no place to walk and no place to put your stuff besides on the floor. There are just two bedside tables (very small) and one corner table for amenities and teapot and cups. In the toilet, no space for you to put any amenities.

The Property is well maintain and clean. Very nice location as well. The stuffs are also helpful.

We (3 ppl) stayed here for 4 nights. Everything is beyond expectation. This is the first hotel that the sample picture on Expedia did not do the room justice. It is HUGE. Almost all staff speaks English and were very helpful. The lift chair is 3 min away and you can really ski all the way to the hotel door. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Niseko.
