We had reserved 2 family rooms months ago, when we arrived they had an airline that extended their stay the same day that had our rooms so we got separate rooms travelling with children. We were then promised a new room, went out for the day on a tour and when we came back the room was given away. We then tried to eat in the restaurant, the waitress was inattentive, rude and the food took 70minutes to come! Did I mention we have small children, no one cared. And when the food arrived half was wrong. For all problems they refunded us the money for half of the food, that was it. On top of all we had to spend time chasing the manager as they did not come back too us even though promised. Rooms worn down, poor standard!!

Short stay. Was not good value for money. The sheets had all stains on them and despite the cleaners coming in, they were never changed. In general, the stay was fine but it’s expensive considering the room was not up to standard.

The cleanliness of the room in general, bathroom, towels, etc was poor. We waited over 30 min to check-in and same during checkout. The breakfast variety left a lot to be desired. Took time for family of 4 to be seated, and usually the table was not cleaned. No towels available at the pool; no internet in the room, took hours to open Netflix; plumbing issues with the sink and toilet, we had to call several times; the elevator programming is total nonsense. I wouldn't be returning to this property or recommendto friend.

I had to wait 20 minutes for check in even though check in started at 1400 and I arrived at 1530. The pool water was a bit dirty. The French bread at breakfast was stale the whole week I was there.

Everything was fine except that everyday around 4:00 pm my room wasn’t cleaned and I had to go to reception to ask to clean the room, I don’t know if they would clean if I hadn’t asked.

Nice room, comfortable and clean. There are a number of details that need work, they didn't honor the upgrade or free drinks, when we asked for them the fruit juices were literally watered down, floor of the pool, which closes at 5pm(!) was filthy, no towels in the gym.

The bed sheets and the towels had stains on them. Otherwise, the hotel stay was great. Thank you.

Let me say this was my first visit to Brazil and I don’t speak Portuguese some staff do speak English yet if they don’t google translate works well. This hotel isn’t in a tourist area which I loved. The hotel is quiet and safe. If you’re looking to shop there is a mall nearby you can use Uber to get there. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet place. I did use the gym if you’re into fitness it’s simple yet good setup. I also went to a nearby club a staff suggested it was nice I suggest you take a taxi as they will wait for you until you’re ready to leave. You can safely walk down the street during the day. It’s located near a beach I didn’t go I just stayed at the pool for a day. Simple and nice

Love the place

The first night we used the shower and the room flooded. The lights went out im the hotel at 8 pm for about 2 hours. We asked for a room change due to the water issue. We got another room...right next door. There was this constant noise at night in the bathroom like everyon 30 minutes. The breakfast waz the same every morning. No variety was offered. But the food was good. The staf was all very nice.

Great staff however cleanliness and overall maintenance needs to be improved.

Good hotel in Barra da Tijuca, check in took too long, room is not big but good for a couple. Breakfast is very good. Park in lot is paid as extra.

Comfortable bed/room and excellent shower. Room and bedding were clean, towels were clean but old. Corridors were dusty. Excellent service with very friendly staff. Safe area, we went for walks locally.

The location of the hotel is good, just a few blocks from the beach and the breakfast offered is also better than average but the swimming pool area / jacuzzi is not inviting at all, it stays in a very small area at the rooftop with just 4 lounge chairs and the jacuzzi was empty. The access to this area was elevated with many steps which makes it very complicated for older guests so we did not use the pool at all. There was no free parking, you are forced to leave the car with the valet that charges you a nightly rate. The rooms are modern and neat but there is not enough space to accomplish your clothing so you have to keep them mostly on your bag.

Great property and great location. Very centrally located in the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and neat rooms.

what I like is the sorroundings and attention of most of the staff.... dislike was the room that severeal times asked to fix a cealing AC water spilling and took so long to fix so the water issue with the faucet or lavatory... Regards, Luis Bush

Terrible! Yo compré con VIP access, supuestamente teníamos dos welcome drinks que jamás nos lo dieron. El Valet parking con cara de pocos amigos, el check in ni nos miraron a la cara. Llegamos tarde cansados y nos dijeron que el restaurante cerraba a las 11pm por lo que dejamos nuestras cosas rápido y bajamos 10:30 pm y nos recibieron diciendo que solo teníamos 10 minutos para pedir. Finalmente apurados y presionados logramos pedir y no habíamos terminado y ya nos querían retirar los platos, se paraban al lado para presionar. Nosotros que queríamos un viaje de relajo, terminamos mas estressados con el servicio de este hotel y eso que nosotros siempre vamos a los Radisson de otros países pero después de esto nunca más. Servicio terrible!!!

Very nice property and the staff are very pleasant. Hotel very safe and not that expensive.
