A great hotel with free parking (though not many spaces) and easy access to Plymouth City Centre.

The room was very spacious with plenty of storage. Hair dryer, ironing board and iron provided as well having tea and coffee available in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but perfectly functional. The breakfast… let me say that again… THE BREAKFAST!!!! 😍😍😍 from the variety of continental options to the cooked breakfast, all was fantastic. The bacon in particular won me over but all the ingredients were of the highest standard! The service couldn’t be any better. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. An absolute joy. Thank you to all the team for making our pit stop between 2 tiring journeys a restful one. 100% recommend to anyone.

This was a fabulous location, comfortable room and bed with great breakfast and really good service and staff. Bathroom was incredibly small which would be only complaint.

It was great! Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was comfortable. Bath taps needed attention. Bath was in need of repair round the side. I would stay at The Grosvenor again. Waitresses were so kind at breakfast.

Very friendly and accommodating

Well located and good value for money hotel with easy access to the waterfront and marina areas. Comfortable enough beds in well proportioned rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and sets you up for the day. Parking may be an issue but i was able to find a space (payable) close to the hotel.

Your receptionist was an absolute joy to deal with and could not have been more helpful. She is a massive asset

Arrived to find we was on top floor with a disability .bed was terrible didn’t sleep so uncomfortable was in so much pain.tea facilities but kettle didn’t work. shower over bath wasn’t safe for me the shower products bottles were half empty.the breakfast was £12 but wasn’t worth it. And to top it off I was changed twice which hotel said they didn’t but I had the proof would not stay here again.

No Meal services at this location, so plan ahead. Breakfast was OK. The taxi service they use is very bad, book your own!

Pleasant staff greeted us, room was ready so were able to check in 2 hours early.Breakfast included which was a nice surprise. Beds are comfy but staying in room 2 is LOUD. You've got the breakfast room below with chairs scraping the floor and people chatting.The main issue with the room is you can literally hear every movement of the person in the room above due to the horribly old creaky floorboards. Shifting their weight in the shower was a prominent noise maker - early in the morning too so no chance of a lie in. I could hear the gentle trickle of the person above peeing too so bare all this in mind if you like a lie in.Oh room 2 your window looks out onto a driveway where people will hold conversations outside.It was cheap though so you get what you pay for I guess.The smart TV was a bonus! Breakfast was also very tasty and the staff were lovely.

Super hotel in a great location close to Plymouth Hoe. Will certainly stay again. Recommended !

Great value especially for single travellers. Rooms small but with everything you need. On street parking is £2.50 for after 9 pm until 9am. For those with limited mobility DO need to check location of room as there is no lift and we were on the 4th floor. We managed ok but wouldn’t want to climb stairs too often in 1 day! I would definitely recommend this hotel though, pleasant helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable.
