Parking was the only problem!

It was nice to be walking distance from anywhere downtown. It made it nice for dinner and drinks and not having to drive anywhere.

Excellent staff and facility. Clean and well kept inside and out. Breakfast was decent and several options available. Check in and check out were quick and painless.

The staff was not welcoming at all. The staff who checked us in attempted to make several jokes about how awful she thinks our home town is (from seeing our address on my drivers license). The bartender made several extremely inappropriate comments. My wife, who is pregnant, asked for a soda or a juice, and the bartender's response was "that's a very weird order. who comes to a bar and orders a juice?" and then he walked away.

Walkable to most things. Convenient to have bar/eatery in hotel. Was a bit disappointed by the small pool with very minimal seating. Wished they had room service also. Otherwise great hotel and staff.

clean and well maintained hotel. we just had a quick overnight stay here as a pit stop on our road trip.

Property was great. Clean rooms and friendly staff. You have to pay for parking which I wasn’t able to find parking at all in the evening. I had to park on the side of the street which resulted in a parking ticket on top of the already paid parking. Breakfast was disappointing. Not kept up on. Very dirty with food on the counters and floor. Dirty plates and utensils. Food was running out and no one was cleaning up after customers. Spilled coffee and juice on the floor that no one cleaned. Syrup on tables. No spoons, no bowls, nothing to stir coffee or creamer for coffee.

Room “looked” clean but when we pulled out the sofa bed we found a dirty sock from the previous person. It was late, I was tired from our 10hour drive from Colorado that I didn’t mention it. We purposely left the sofa bed out so they would hopefully find the dirty sock so that the next people who would get the room wouldn’t have to deal with the same expierence as we did. Other than that the room seemed ok. One thing I didn’t like was the fact they said they had a restaurant in house and on the website stated it was 24 hour but when we arrived (around 9:30PM) upon check in the woman helping us at the front desk states typically we can order at the bar but unfortunately, the restaurant is closing. So that was dissapointing because our family was tired and hungry and made it a point not to stop anywhere and go straight to the hotel with the idea of ordering dinner when we checked in.

This hotel charges guests $16 per day per vehicle for parking. That is unheard of and unethical. We will never stay there again

Close to everything

Great stay in downtown Boise. We loved how close we were to the best restaurants and bars in Boise. We stayed here after a long and tiring day hiking and driving the scenic byways of Idaho. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was filling. Everything as expected from a Hyatt property.
