My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was kind and attentive. The hotel is in walking distance to terrific restaurants and shops.

Great hotel located in the perfect spot in downtown Boise. Parked at hotel and walked or biked everywhere. Very clean, great breakfast, and allowed us to have a late check out. Definitely recommend Hyatt Place Boise! Boise is so fun, clean, safe, and vibrant. Had a blast!

Comfy stay and clean, but strange omissions- only sugar substitute for the coffee was the pink one, we were not given new coffee cups after cleaning, and they pulled the breakfast food before the time ended.

Traveling through Boise but wanted to be downtown to walk around and get a sense of the city. Perfect location, lovely setting and many very good restaurants on the nearby pedestrian mall.

We didn't like that breakfast was not ready by the time it was suppose to be ready. There was the basic breakfast, but no eggs and sausage or bacon ready at 6 as we headed out eat every morning. The men in the group with us were disappointed as well. As far as the rest of the breakfast bar items were good..

The hotel is situated in a convenient location in which you can walk to countless opportunities while you are in Boise as hop in the car and be anywhere quick. The hotel was spotless and the staff was great. Only thing that came up was the breakfast being shut down earlier then they said it would be.

The staff was not welcoming at all. The staff who checked us in attempted to make several jokes about how awful she thinks our home town is (from seeing our address on my drivers license). The bartender made several extremely inappropriate comments. My wife, who is pregnant, asked for a soda or a juice, and the bartender's response was "that's a very weird order. who comes to a bar and orders a juice?" and then he walked away.

Property was great. Clean rooms and friendly staff. You have to pay for parking which I wasn’t able to find parking at all in the evening. I had to park on the side of the street which resulted in a parking ticket on top of the already paid parking. Breakfast was disappointing. Not kept up on. Very dirty with food on the counters and floor. Dirty plates and utensils. Food was running out and no one was cleaning up after customers. Spilled coffee and juice on the floor that no one cleaned. Syrup on tables. No spoons, no bowls, nothing to stir coffee or creamer for coffee.

This hotel charges guests $16 per day per vehicle for parking. That is unheard of and unethical. We will never stay there again
