Room was clean and neat. Great area close to Liverpool Street and several pubs and restaurant. The hotel charge 3£ per bag to store them at early arrival… Which is just annoying. It usually complimentary at most hotels.

Great location and hotel was perfect for a night staying in London after a day out on a Saturday. Rooms are small but perfect. Breakfast is great quality and staff very friendly.

perfect for a one night stay! the room is small in general but it was ideal for what we wanted as was out and about in the city all day, bathroom was spotless and the whole room itself was too! comfy bed and pillows, staff on check in/out were super lovely and helpful. Good value for money and in an ideal location!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was absolutely wonderful and we appreciated the air conditioning! Very convenient location with easy access to multiple railway stations.

The room had no windows - awful. It was in the cellar. Besides that they wanted to charge 3 pounds per luggage for leaving it at the hotel on the last day. I have never had this before. I was complaining intensely, so they made an „exception“ for me. Besides that, the room was really small and sticky.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. I as able to get an early check in paying a very reasonable additional fee. That was very helpful since we had just landed and were tired. I heard they can store your luggage also for a small fee (I think it was 3 pounds per piece?). The location is great! Walking distance from the Liverpool Street train station which goes straight to the airport. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They also had outlet adaptors available for sale at the lobby which was a huge help since I didn't bring mine. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast, but it looked good.

The hotel was a big disappointing. The staff were friendly but the room felt small, badly designed and very plastic. No drawers or wardrobe which meant everything was on show making the space feel untidy.

We’ve stayed here a number of times when working in London or just staying overnight. For an overnight stay it’s absolutely fine…yes the rooms are small but if you’re only planning to sleep there it’s ideal!

The bed was missing a top sheet. The comforter was just too small for the bed for two people. The ADA room had a little green light that would not shut off which made it almost impossible to sleep well. Only two pillows and no extra blankets. And they don’t clean your room until after the third night so bathroom got smelly from wet towels.

Our stay was amazing! Reception and staff were attentive and nice all times! We were able to leave our luggage before check in which was very convenient as we arrived early in the day. There was always someone to assist but also a self checkin/checkout option. The room was small but clean and with all facilities needed, there were few outlets only in one side of the room, I would recommend 1 outlet on each side of the bed for easier use of charges. Bathroom really nice cleaned and refurbished, the bath is a bit small and the shower water runs all over the place inside the bath, bring a shower cap if you don’t want your hair to get wet. Overall I will recommend this hotel, and will definitely be staying back again. Thank you all for the great reception.

The area this property is in is perfect for having a night out on the town!

Location is great, staff are nice and check in and out process is very handy. Room itself however is quite small, which I understand as it’s in central London. However what I’m most disappointed is the hygiene of the toilet. There’s some small insects crawling out from the sink which is disgusting. And the door of the shower is quite stuck I needed to pull hard to close it, and even after closing it water still leaked out from the shower.

Great location and clean rooms!

Lovely hotel in a great location, easy walking distance to the Tube, shops and bars/restaurants. Friendly, helpful reception staff. We booked a windowless room and it was clean, comfortable and had plenty hangers and charging points. The room needs a wee bit of TLC as one for the hanger pegs was hanging off the wall, the bracket for storing the chair wasn’t there, and one of the USB ports didn’t work. These are minor issues and didn’t affect our stay. We would stay here again.

For the price this was a good place to stay. The room was very small with no place to put your luggage. The tv did not work properly at all and was barely useable. The location was decent and wifi was good.

Enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.
