The worst experience ever! We received the room The entire Tile floor has been cracked in the room Had a smell mold ! We were there for a birthday party for a friend of us and we’re literally looked for a different hotel, but most of the hotel were booked, The next day they move us to a different room and we paid another $320 for two nights for this upgrade! I will never return this hotel and I also recommend Others don’t even bother to check this hotel!

Everything was excellent except food quality which wasn't good the only place we enjoyed food was skybar which was excellent,She restaurant the food wasn't edible the steak was so salty that I couldn't eat it the appetizers and dessert was tasteless ,soup was ok ,buffet food was avarge you always could find something to eat, entertainment and party was fantastic

The best feature is the theme nights along with the staff who are extremely helpful and courteous and of course the sexy pool

The staff was excellent .The food was great I just love it there .The only complaint I had was the balcony sliding doors were broken so we had to ask the front desk to change the room to a next room when we got to the next room the sliding doors were still broken . I feel unsafe sleeping in a room at night knowing the door was unlocked.

Alberto for Breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Alex for dinner and Benjamin at the pool were delightful! Marco at Front seat was very helpful as well

Happy with the friendliness of the staff. The pool parties were unique, crazy and fun! The food was good to very good! Room service food can definitely be upgraded! Building needs some modernization. No elevator for some of the buildings for normal and handicap access. Definitely would return for a long weekend for the crazy adult fun.

The atmosphere isn’t for everyone. This resort is more geared toward different lifestyle choices and not for monogamous couples. Some of the staff around the pool were more interested in talking with one another than get drinks for the patrons.

An incident happened in the hotel, where my niece slipped at the reception area due to water on the floor from the vent on the ceiling. We reported this to the hotel Guest relation(Jose Manuel Romero) whose appalling response was for us to get a lawyer and prove this incident.. ( We do have evidence of this as we had to record the ceiling and water in their reception hallway)This was a shocker that a big hotel like temptation did not understand the hazards with respect to water lying on the floor without no caution sign.They only provided her with first aid on the first day of the incident and no one bothered to follow up till we made a complaint 3days after the incident...Very disappointing experience for a hotel with so much expectation. They need to work with their guest relations to learn how to empathize and f/up with their clients, especially when accidents occurs due to the hotel's negligence. The least expectation is a full refund for the hotel stay as she ended up not having a good time due to injured knee and sprained ankle!!!

Our room first didn’t look like what I selected online. Second it was in a staircase area and it was the noisiest stay I’ve ever stayed in. I was woken up 3-5 times a night almost every hour. People falling, couples fighting and the doors slamming. Also the pool waiters are the laziest people I’ve ever seen in a resort. They stood around talking all day and never even coming around to see if we needed drinks. Every resort I’ve ever stood at always walk around asking what we wanted. They looked miserable and rather stand at the bar and talk instead of doing their job. The pool entertainment, spa and restaurants were great. But it was not a great experience for us on our anniversary vacation

Marco at the front desk is one of the most pleasant person I’ve come across. Great worker. He exudes excellence. Alberto in the buffet area is joy to be around. He was accommodating. I sat in his area every time I was in the cafeteria. They both are keepers and deserves a raise.

I enjoyed the openness of the resort. The staff was friendly and lively. The process to eat at She or the Hibachi restaurant was confusing but I was able to book the next day. She was NOT as sexy as I thought it would be and the food was actually the worse food I ate the whole time I was there. The inconsistency with how the bartenders made drinks was frustrating. There was one bartender at the sexy pool that made the best pina coladas at the whole resort (restaurants included). All of the others were watery. The music at night was typically all over the place and was not always fitting the crowd that was there. I’ll dance to anything that’s a good vibe. There was a little too much techno/dance music and repeating songs in one night was boring. I went during the anniversary week so the parties that day were wild. The theme nights were cool. I loved seeing everyone get dressed up. The room was cool. I was in an ocean view poolside room. It didn’t really get noisy until 12:30/1pm but we had ear plugs so it was ok. The shower could have been cleaner around the edges of the floor and the closet doors needed tightening but nothing crazy. The room stayed cool during the hottest times of day. My partner and I are planning to return.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay at Temptation. I will first say that the staff was exceptional in their prompt and friendly service in every way. Shortly after arriving we were upgraded to an ocean view room for the second half of our stay and given access to the 7th floor pool area. We were called in our room to make sure everything was good. We were impressed with Gabriel a server in the buffet area who took such great care of us each day. Our massage therapist Sarahi was so nice and incredible at her job. The food at the buffet, Sea Flirt, and Sutra was especially delicious. The entertainment staff do a great job on a daily basis to make a fun atmosphere at the pool. The nightly shows were amazing- especially the circus theme night show. My wife and I loved our stay and highly recommend this resort! One tip would be to not stay in a room near the pool/entertainment area if you want to sleep early- the party goes on until 2:00 am every night.

Go to this place if you want to have fun, eat well and be treated like a king, go to this place if you are open-mind and ready to see everything and have a good time, we had a lot of fun, drinks, party all day, shows, the place is not very big but it has everything, the only thing I didn't like is that I came from the USA looking for a bit of heat and Latin music and I didn't find it there, I just think they should incorporate more of that but the rest 100/10 Excelente.
