Will definitely come back every year. We usually stay at our family's home during vacation but we were really in need of a certain amenities we don't usually get there. The staff was wonderful. Every single one of them was super attentive and polite. From the bellboy to the lobby staff. The rooms are a little dark, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is great. I stayed with two kids and they always sorted out our stuff animals and made our room feel just like home. Room service Food was good, affordable and always fast. The rooftop pool was so nice and had plenty of tables and sitting areas. The view was amazing. We stayed there for 5 nights check out, went to Guadalajara for 3 days, came back for 3 nights, stayed in Puerto Vallarta and came back again to the same hotel. My kids refused to try any other hotel experiences because this one felt just like home.

Good hotel in a great area. Close to walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel room was very clean, the house keepers do a great job. The view from the rooftop pool is wonderful as well.

Would have preferred a room not facing the street for less noise. Would have liked a coffeemaker in the room.

Was a bit disappointed at this stay,we tried to eat from the buffet, all the food was not kept warm. Could not understand the concept of not getting our car from parking garage through the same area we came in through, my father could not walk up all stairs so he had to walk almost a block just to get in car through the other exit. Front desk staff never greeted us once or even bothered to looked up to acknowledge us walking in or out. The girls from housekeeping and the porter were the staff that were always very helpful and friendly.

Great location in town center. Friendly and attentive hotel staff. The rooftop pool offers an amazing, almost 360° view over the city. The infrastructure however would need an update. The whole hotel feels kinda "oldish". Still a very good option and a fair price/quality relation.

The hotel looked good on photographs but the actual experience was different. All rooms have doors towards the inside patio, it means that if someone sneezes in the reception on the first floor you will hear it in your room on the 6th floor. A lot of noisy traffic on the side of the hotel facing the street and even the side that faces the opposing side is noisy due to the generators on that side. Stuff is not helpful. At 2 in the morning the group of people started checking in making a lot of noises. It was impossible to sleep. Appealing to the reception and asking them to calm people people down only led to reply 'it is normal for people to be noisy during the checkin, even at 2 am. The hotel room was so called i had to ask for a heater but the heater overcharged the room fuse and the room electricity shut off. Woke up shivering from cold and had to call maintenance. Didn't sleep practically that night. In the morning hotel representative called a taxi and he told that the trip would be 35-45 pesos. The taxi driver asked 70 when arrived, twice as much and the hotel representative just shrugged the shoulders and didn't intervene, not even a sorry. Quite a nightmarish stay.

The rooftop pool and view is amazing. Rooms were average which is fine. Friendly staff and good service.My main problem with the hotel was the butter packets were moldy every time we had breakfast.
