Huge and crowded hotel. It has seen its' best days. Full of Russian tourists and services are made for them. Children might like the water park if they do not care about worn out chairs and painting. Long walk to the beach where the only pool located.

We stayed in a 4 room villa in the hotel, with a dry kitchen and a sizable pool in the villa. It was walking distance to the beach. Would have been better if there are beach chairs on the beach. Most of the guests were at the pool, but all the beach chairs were full. The customer service at the hotel was good, staff were friendly. We can call a buggy to get to the splash jungle or to go to the breakfast hall. It was a really good stay for the family.

This was my second time staying here 5 years apart. Both times there were water shut offs and pools down for maintenance with a days notice. The place seemed nearly empty this time compared to when I was here before and they still wouldn’t allow us to check out an hour later because they said they needed the room. Over all it was a nice place, if you want to get a lounger by the pool you need to be an early riser because there’s not nearly enough. And they had one bartender to serve the entire restaurant, bar as bd pool area so service was non existent.

I love everything about this resort! Except the distance from the major areas and activities. But you can easily get to for a reasonable price with Bolt app. Customer Service superb! Maintenance of property is excellent. Its so big that you need a week to see everything, lol. Complimentary Trolly service around the property. Within walking distance of a few stores, souvenir spots, massages, and local food options.
It has a waterpark, dining options, a small market, spa services, and buffet style options. I wish it was more options for breakfast.
Would highly recommend, great value, and worth booking.

This place is hard to review. Technically everything individually is not good, but the sum of parts make it good for families. Rooms are big, but not so nice. Feee acces to water park, breakfast is zero stars to having free breakfast is more like punishment, but watching plans take off from her beach was great. Cashew chicken was good for dinner. I dunno, it’s fine.

We love staying at Splash Beach, it has very beautiful grounds, a lovely pool, excellent water park, a good restaurant and the staff are lovely. We have stayed here twice this year.

The property was amazing, has carts to drive you around the resort. We stayed in a villa with pool and it was very good. Would definitely recommend staying at Splash Beach Resort if visiting Phuket

Beautiful property. Great water park for children and adults. Restaurants were good. Music in the splash kitchen needs to changed. They only played one Christmas CD for 8 days and nights. The music at the beach bar was very inappropriate and offensive to women and Children. There are no Air conditioned areas outside of your room or the splash kitchen. Very hot hotel lobby. Trolley transportation on the grounds is excellent.

I wanted my family to have the experience of a lifetime. I am sure they will never forget their time at the resort I rented a 4 bedroom Villa it was the first time everyone had their own rooms. I can't say enough about the Staff they would jump through hoops of fire for you! And the Villa was well for lack of better words AMAZING 😍. I would suggest this to anyone especially families that want that one special experience. Thank you Splash resort ❤️🙏

We booked a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with a pool which was really great although unfortunatley there were no decent TV channels available for UK guests but as we were mostly out during the day it wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to sit down as a family to watch something later in the evening.
We booked this hotel in part as it is close to the airport for our connecting flight but it should be noted that it is on the other side of the runway from the terminal so although it looks close by, it is actually a bit of a trek by taxi and for a family with suitcases cost a lot more than we expected to get to.
The grounds are huge and the hotel provides electric buggies to help the guests get around which is a nice feature.
Not the hotels fault I know but my only word of warning to any UK visitors is be prepared for some extremely rude other guests as there were quite a few who lacked even basic manners. Far more than could be put down to coincidence.

Terrible hotel expedia messed up location booked us for phuket when we are in koh samui called hotel 2 minutes after the error expedia had no luck so i called got hung up on played games with then just took our 140usd wont support such a thing just taking advantage of people and deserves a minus star

Our luggages were put under the sun directly for few hours while pending for checkin.
It damaged my luggage’s handles causing by high temperature. The handles were melted. It is suggested cover to be placed over luggage to avoid unexpected damaged.

We booked a villa with four bedrooms with kitchen through hotel.com. The hotel.com website states the villa is able to accommodate 10 people. We have 9 people finally but the resort charged us an extra person as the resort's policy is only for 8 adults and 2 children but the resort didn't tell when we were check-in. The resort tried to keep our deposit when checking out. The staff told us they informed us this policy in the middle of our stay but we haven't got this message since then. We spent over 30 minutes to discuss this issue with the resort and finally got the deposit back. It was really a bad experience at the end of our stay. Other than that, the golf car around the resort is convenient. The beach pool is nice. The restaurants and massage near the resort are good and easy to access.

We arrived around 16:00 and our room wasn't ready.
This was not good, as it is very warm and we are traveling with 3 kids.
But as we sat and waited for our room to be ready, they came and told us they had a room ready, and upgraded our room to a big villa with private pool. The staff was very service minded and polite. And the villa was super nice. The kids loved it. The resort is HUGE, but very nice and clean.

It’s time for a make over. This place is a little tired and it laid out over several buildings that aren’t marked properly.

I was there 7 years ago and this time come back felt the Room and facilities are bit old. Breakfast time refills was too slow and not forfill a huge volume of guest taking breakfast at the same time

The resort is really old and needs an update.
It’s very close to the airport, so close you can hear planes landing and taking off.
First language of most people is Russian. Nothing wrong with that but just so you know.
On the plus side the Water park was good for 1-2 hours for teens and adults who refuse to grow up
