Our stay at the hotel felt very nice, the spa is unique and something worth experiencing. The rooms are pretty and cozy.

We had small problems such as the bed that was uncomfortable. On top of that, the TV couldn’t be used because the remote was not working, even though the batteries were changed.

Loved the spa. The location in Bos park is wonderful with good ruining , walking and cycling tracks. Very easy access from the airport. Refurbished rooms which are tasteful and well laid out. Excellent breakfast

The spa is beautiful and staff and food very accommodating.

The bedrooms, they were dark and didn’t feel comfortable. They are on the car park, which makes them very noisy. We had to move room because it was so noisy.

The spa & gym are amazing. Breakfast was great. Staff were fantastic & very helpful.

The bed wasn't good. The roll top mattress made me keep falling off the side, I was having to avoid falling out of bed. The 2 twin beds to together make double kept separating.

Het bed was helemaal lekker en de koffie en thee service. Alhoewel niet duidelijk is of de waterfles ook gratis is. En zo in je badjas naar de sauna lopen is heerlijk. Saunacomplex was super!! Jammer alleen dat er niet buiten geserveerd werd. ( geen kussens in de loungebanken buiten )

We zaten in een kleinere kamer dan ik geboekt heb. ( ik kon zien op de foto’s op de booking site) de receptie/lounge is zeer ongezellig en ontbijt zaal ook. Betalen voor parkeren (21,50) terwijl je gast bent in het hotel vind ik overdreven.

SPA is amazing. This hotel should be a 4 stars! Breakfast perfect.

More coffee capsule not decaffeinated. Add a bar to drink in the night, after SPA is closed.

Absolutely Amazing hotel. It had fair exceeded my expectations that I am writing this review. (I don't write reviews) It was lovely and the spa was absolutely amazing not to mention I had the best nights sleep. There is an option to have late checkout with an additional day use of the spa. I loved it so much I have booked to go back for a special birthday for 2 night in December. 10/10 would rate this place so much better than anywhere in the UK and super affordable

Breakfast was okay - but just because I prefer a sweet breakfast so waffles and pancakes which they don't do yet!

heel goede spa, vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamers. TV's hebben Google Chrome Cast; heel handig met NPO start, Netflix, etc.. Wifi is prima op de kamers

Wij hadden kamer 001 en deze kamer is kleiner dan eerder geboekte kamers. Wel weer lekker dicht bij de receptie, doorgang naar de spa en de ontbijtzaal. Links bij de buiten sauna's stond en er met regenachtig weer heel grote plassen zonder goede afwatering. Best gevaarlijk ivm uitglijden en hier zou men echt iets aan moeten doen, al is het maar voor de veiligheid...

The spa facilities were great and looked pretty much as like in the pictures. Waiter staff (and security) were wonderful.

The reception informed us very little about what was allowed and not. For our romantic get away we ordered a bottle of prosecco to the room with rose petals on the bed, which was confirmed by message. They didn’t put any rose petals on the bed, even though they said they would. We also wanted to bring the prosecco bottle to the terrace area so we called the reception to ask them a few times, but without any luck. When we brought the Prosecco bottle down they didn’t let us bring it in to the terrace and they didn’t offer to carry it out there for us (which they easily could have done). So the bottle was a waste since we spent the whole night at the terrace and at the spa, not in the room. We were also told that there were bathrobes and slippers in the hotel room, which of course is what you expect from a spa hotel. But no, it was only two bathrobes and no slippers. Luckily you could buy slippers in the reception… Apparently we were also supposed to bring towels from our room to the spa since there were NO towels in the spa. Imagine that, a spa without towels… On top of that, if you had forgotten something in the room you can forget to go and get it since you only get access ONCE to the spa. The room looked as in the pictures but it was a bit dirty with discolouring on the floor mat, it was a large hole in the wall outside the room, it was dark hairs in the big round bathtub (I am blonde) and dust laying around. On the day of checking out we asked if we could sit in the breakfast lounge or similar so we could drink the Prosecco bottle before heading to the airport. Of course this wasn’t possible according to the reception staff, which seems to only know the answers “let me check with my colleague” and “no”. The waiter staff went above and beyond for us and they were simply amazing! (Also the lovely man who worked as security). One of the waiters even even brought me a cake out to the reception so I could pick it up there and bring it to the hotel room.
