Room wasn’t really clean

The price is what Mexicali should be. To many average hotels are over priced. The area is newer with nice plazas and modern places to eat. This is my new hotel to stay here as I travel thru Mexicali every week.
The route to hwy 5 south is fast with little traffic.

It was okay. Downside is: there isn’t enough parking space. We wanted to leave early and couldn’t because there was a car blocking our exit. We needed to wait for the front desk to call the owner of the car before we could leave.

Parking is terrible seems they don’t have enough spaces for when they are booked up so they park you on a gravel lot that you must drive over a curb and scrap the bottom of you car plus was called at 2am to move car because they double park ,closet only had 1 hanger and was broken ,shelf in closet broken, shower smelled moldy,tissues used to cover holes in wall of restroom,usb ports didn’t work, head board not fastened to wall , had to leave my ID to borrow a iron

Once I arrived to the hotel they did not have my reservation it was horrible.

You don’t have free access to the hotel, you have to ring the bell to get in, which makes it cumbersome when you are just arriving and is 45 deg C outside

Front desk receptionist were amazing, great service and very patient. However, the rooms are outdated and musty, kinda smelly to bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows flat. Parking spaces were sufficient and free but they are very narrow. Does not include breakfast or complementary coffee.
For an emergency or low, low budget is okay for the price but it experience wise does not compare to the hotels across the street.

Bestest stay we have experienced while in Mexicali. That hotel was AMAZEING !! Very clean, close to lots of shopping places BESTEST A.C. unit ever!! Which is a must for me!. Staff was very friendly. Receptionist was super kind!!

Rooms are good and comfy. But just the parking is hard to find space late at night.

When we first walked into the room it had a very strong odor of paint. We were running late to our event and just dealt with it. We left the window open hoping the smell would lessen, but it did not. We returned late so we did not want to bother the staff.
Although the room was clean the sheets were stained. The shower did not have a door. It didn't make a mess, but it was inconvenient.
The noise from some type of construction or from the rooms being cleaned at 7 am was loud!
The bed frames stuck out and I banged my knee while walking by that left a huge bruise on my leg. Those need to be replaced!
Otherwise, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I will only stay here if it is the only option I have from now on.

Great relaxing stay. Went to Mexicali to try out some local breweries and we needed a place to stay. We decided to book this place and glad we did. Everything was close by and the service was awesome.

Rooms smelled musty or had been smoked in. The rooms had a kitchen which was nice but they didn’t have any cups. I would go to a different property the next time I am in Mexicali.

The smell in our room and also on the hallway was not pleasant. I had to sleep with that smell. Floors were a bit dirty other than that I guess it’s just a standard hotel. Nothing major or nothing fancy it does the job.

Unfortunately, we experienced an attempt to extort money from my spouse. The attempt to extort from us was made on an incoming phone call from the room’s hotel phone. While on the call, we received a knock at our door and the cleaning person apologized for the inconvenience and stated that she was sent to our room by hotel management to remove the phone from the room because guests were complaining that they were receiving extortion phone calls. We immediately left the hotel because the caller had already stated the room number and the names of my family staying with me.
