Great place. My 3 star review is because of the WiFi. This is the second time I have stayed. The first time they had just gotten their new network installed back in spring of 2023 (at least that is what they told me. One year later and they still haven’t fixed it. I had so much work to do and I had to go to an Internet café to get it done to the folks that own the hotel capital U need to get this stuff fixed!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service! Employees are very respectful and are always willing to help you. Hotel has a rustic style and that’s what makes it unique.

No hot water, told management twice. If your staying in Mexicali it is a good area. The manager was nice. Good security. Dated hotel last renovated in 1990. Pay the extra money and stay next door.

There is good service and it’s clean but the facilities are very old, they need to be renovated and there is a lot of noise.

It’s a room to sleep and or… It’s basic.. But it’s pretty quiet for what it’s worth compared to other properties..

Safe area to walk either at daytime or nighttime. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, walking distance. Very friendly staff and room was clean it daily. We dealt with mosquitoes inside the room. No refrigerator in the room, we drank our drinks at room temperature,

The front desk to check in the old man gave a bad attitude right away because i came in late he tells me after 12:00 am we don't save the rooms but i was there before and i paid the insurance to protect me if i got there late leaving after work hitting traffic from LA , this old man got me mad then he tells me i have to pay again i told him i paid already online and then leaving he wanted me to pay for one more day i got very mad.

It was a clean room ,breakfast was excellent, friendly staff 🙌

This is an old motel building and it shows. Be prepared to share your room with bugs coming out of the walls. TRhe bed and linens were clean and replaced daily but there were no other comforts. Frankly overpriced and not worth the experience.

It was ok nothing special

Hotel is outdated and needs several improvements. Its not worth the price. Your better off paying 20 dollars more instead of stressing over the condition of the room!

Rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing, and the hotel was beautiful. There’s restaurant close by and cannot forget the pool. The pool was very pretty and got some good shots. We stayed 3 nights and they offered breakfast for 2 of them. The breakfast was delicious!! Definitely recommend!!

Great staff, clean, efficient, everything worked

When checking in we were ok after getting our small room with just a bed and a small table, we sat down to relax and then I seen a huge roach walking out of the back of the bed and that was not the first one we seen since we got there then our brother in laws air conditioner went out while their stay as well this place is very outdated and need remodeling and deep cleaning we only stayed because we had no choice too late at night to get another hotel. Our last time staying here. The outside staff walking around were very helpful the only problem we had was air conditioning and roach.

I like the security that was over my vehicle I have a motorcycle so I really wanted to feel secure and there was a security all night that watch the vehicle and other security that walk the area , food at your fingertips restaurant all around and nice stay

This is definitely a Mexican hotel. Its good for a night, but the fixtures and TV’s are old.

Very clean. The best service and friendly and attentive. The included breakfast waa delicious. I will definitely go back.

They don’t have hot water and the restroom was and unfinished work at the floor

Simple, clean with parking ... recommend for an1 or 2 night stay... restaurants and bars all a short walk but not so close that it is too loud
