Great place tostay. Would stay again

We stayed at this property for 5 nights in July. It was perfect for what we needed. Clean. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

Our family of 6 (ages 12 to 77) had a wonderful time for ten days! Four bedrooms and three bathrooms great. Family room and deck very nice. Communication with host excellent. Summer weather 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix. AC still great feature.

This house was clean, spacious and comfortable. My only issue was that it was on a corner next to a busy road. But- I am used to the solitude of my redwood forest!

Great stay at a nice, clean, roomy property.

The house was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was minutes from the city center and NAU. There was also the perfect spot to allow the kids to go sledding at Fort Tuthill Park which was right around the corner.

Great location with plenty of space for our group! The owners were very responsive and the beds were quite comfortable. Would certainly recommend this property, thank you!

Good property for family and convenient location to get around.

When we first arrived - the counters, floors and tables were still dirty. Crumbs on the table, counters were sticky and the cabinets definitely needed to be wiped down. The back patio had so much snow and ice (with a wicker patio table and umbrella frozen to the deck) we couldn't walk out back and let the dogs outside. One of the reasons for staying there was to have a backyard to let the dogs out into. There was still a Christmas tree and decorations up in the living room. The front room rug curled up in 2 places so we had to move some furniture to keep it laying down so no one would trip. The garbage can was completely full when we arrived and also had 2 large bags of garbage sitting in the garage. Would not return to this VRBO.

Communication prior to our stay was very responsive. We had all the information we needed to check-in. THe home was clean and had plenty of space for our group. We were disappointed that there was no futon as described in the listing as that was one of the deciding factors for choosing the property. There was an air mattress available but it does not hold air. There are some minor repairs that need to be done in the home and some of linens are in need of being replaced. I reached out to the property manager during our stay to extend check out by one hour and I never heard back. Overall the location was great, and the home met our needs.

This was a one-day stop as we waited for the snow to subside during our NYE visit to Flagstaff. The house is older but super cute, very clean, and spacious. The kids loved playing in the backyard. Mason was easy to communicate with and was prompt with responses. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you.

The Ponderosa Trail’s home worked well for my family as a short mid week getaway. The house was very clean and well laid out, the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors themselves were friendly. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was efficient.

The home was very spacious and warm and cozy which was really important as the temp was below freezing for parts of our stay. It was well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms had plenty of towels etc for our stay. The Master bedroom and Bath were spacious and the Beds were comfortable. There was a large washer and dryer which would have been important if our stay was longer. An added bonus was the half bath which is downstairs and so available to the older members of our party.

Excellent in all respects!

We had a quick one night stay to attend a concert and this was a wonderful property with plenty of room for 10 of us! Quick and easy, perfect location for attending a concert at the Pepsi Amphitheater.

I would recommend the place.

The home was very nice for our stay. Nice neighborhood as well. There were ten of us and it never felt crowded. Plenty of dishes, towels, and other necessities. Would definitely stay there again.
