Water views were beautiful and peaceful

The Drifters is located in one of the absolute best spots in Vashon

Lovely spot in the island with water views out every window. We cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Played board games and watched movies. Home met our expectations!

We had never stayed on an island before and it was so charming. The house was so cozy with plenty of blankets and towels. The view from the living room was stunning! We even got to see some cute seals swimming around from the comfort of the couch.

The view, the kitchen, the bed was comfy!

It was perfect for our family!! Watched dolphins while drinking coffee in the mornings! Grocery store is less than a 5 min walk. The store has everything you need. We will definitely rent again when we come to vashon again. Great value!!

Great house, beautiful views. Great for 4 people, not set up for sleeping 6 as advertised. No laundry on-site. Customer service from Vacasa disappointing.

I loved this location—even during the storms! I’d turn on the fireplace while the surf and wind pounded. I slept super well. Just a great all round retreat!

Of all the VRBO on Vashon, there were very few available. The ones that were had a good nightly rate associated with it but these horrible additional fees that we had not encountered before. We needed to stay close to our relatives so we booked over $400 for one night. When we got there it was after 4 and we couldnt park because a car was blocking the steep stone driveway. We found that the cleaning crew was in the house attempting to clean taking another half hour and then when they left didnt even take the trash. Yes the place was lovely but we would never stay there again of book under the name of the owner.

We rented out this place for just one night for Thanksgiving guest overflow and it was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, very cute and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We got lucky with the weather and sat out on the deck and enjoyed the sunset. One of the bedrooms have very convenient portable sleeping fold outs and the gas fireplace made the place ridiculously cozy. We're excited to return.

Large picture windows made you feel like you were right there above the water. Lovely deck space to enjoy your coffee or wine! Two beautiful bedrooms both with views. Fat, fluffy towels, fabulously appointed kitchen. Easy access to everything great on Vashon (hiking, shopping, breweries, and dining!) I will be back!
