Good location, sunrise and beachlife unfolding from the balcony

Overall it was a good stay,the shower head needs fixing as it only has tape wrapped around it and it leaks everywhere.Entry to the property could be organised better as we were given the incorrect code twice.

Great location, BUT very poor communication from owner. Had issues on arrival with the front door key very hard to open door. Contacted owner after many attempts he finally replied, arranged a locksmith but I had to meet the locksmith took time away from my weekend !! Had issues with the shower contacted owner no reply so couldn’t use the shower!! Hairdryer didn’t work properly!!! Waited over a week for bond refund, I contacted him many times to get the bond refund . Would never recommend to stay here VERY POOR EFFORT FROM OWNER . Three very disappointed ☹️ Women !!!

Didn’t get the right code for the keys ,couldn’t fit car in garage & Shower hose was broken and was hard to have a shower with water spraying everywhere ,other than that it was ok.

Perfect Appartement to stay in Sydney and enjoy the Beach everyday. Would highly recommend it and I would love to come back and stay there again.

Location was amazing! Wifi was problematic and couldn’t connect to stream Netflix ect. There is no spare blankets so if staying in winter I suggest packing those! Our bond took weeks to be returned after we followed up with unanswered calls and emails and a review - so worth keeping this in mind if you book.

A lovely little flat with an amazing view of the beach. Sit on the balcony and watch the surfers and waves. 10 minutes walk along the promenade to restaurants and shops. Bathroom was a little outdated but beds were very comfortable. Has its own garage for secure parking.

We didn’t know much about Manly Beach but we are soo glad we went and stayed here! An incredible location, beautiful ocean views & we loved the singing birds every evening that flew into the trees outside our patio! The space is roomy and when I had a quick question the Property Manager was quick to return my call. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises! Thank you!

The apartment was as per the photos. The bathroom is old and needs updating because of rust. Could not open the garage door as the handle was broken. The laundry which is on the ground floor of the building, was flooded with sewerage. Plumber came third day to fix. It was not fixed and the stench at the entrance of the building was a health and safety issue. No compensation was given.

We were happy with the stay but all communication was initiated by me. I needed to email and confirm my booking was accepted, then chase up checkin instructions, and the property manager withheld my security depoisit for 10days and made not contact when I tried to follow up. When he did he just said he'd been busy.,

Great property with a fantastic view. The apartment came exactly as advertised and the owner was helpful, available, and understanding of my own initial inability to follow his directions! Would recommend!
