The property is 5 star! Everything you need is supplied, from tea and coffee making through to a stocked mini bar. We came here from a 5 star hotel and it felt like home from home. The hosts are on hand to advise on where to eat and what to do. The location is very close to the old walls, but very quiet and everything is within easy reach - bars, shops, restaurants etc. I would strongly recommend.

Our hosts were the best. Very responsive and kind. Local owners with family who own a restaurant nearby. The room was clean and bright with small fridge and coffee maker. Food options are steps away. We would love to return someday soon.

Great way to live like a local in historic Dubrovnik. Just right for two people with a lovely bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining table, and living area. Very well-appointed with drinks, coffees, robes, hair tools. But best of all is the owner, who is easy to reach and amazingly helpful.

Loved the property. Very clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities. Short walk to attractions and restaurants. Dubravka and Nikola were wonderful hosts!

The property was magical! The location was perfect, nestled in the walls of the old city to give the most amazing atmosphere. The hosts were wonderful, accommodating and flexible! The room was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need! The cleanliness was immaculate and you can tell the hosts pay attention to every detail. They even reached out to us about parking for our vehicle so that it would be safe during our visit. We cannot wait to visit again we won’t be staying anywhere else! Highly recommend!!!

Great location in a quieter corner of the old city. Very easy to walk anywhere from Gradac Park in the west to the Modern Art museum to the east. The owners are very helpful and enthusiastic (eg. volunteering to arrange taxi to/from airport). Our room and bathroom were spotless and stylishly decorated. The absence of a building opposite our windows let a lot of light in (and gave the opportunity to while away 5mins spotting cats in the ruins).

Great location, quite, best in town, only few stairs from main street. Beautiful decorated, super clean and very comfortable apartment. Friendly, very kind and helpful host Dubravka. The property is perfect, brand new with underfloor heating. Luxurious, cosy with lot adds such as Rituals. Worth every euro, this is a 5 star accommodation. I'm shocked, they have a hairdryer, a hair iron and a hand steam iron for clothes. If we come back to Dubrovnik for sure will stay there again. Would highly recommend and great value for money.

Charming place right in the old town but secluded enough to not get all the noise.

We had a fantastic stay at Stayeva. The apartment has been recently redecorated very well and had many extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible - toileteries, food and drinks, espresso machine, dishwasher, anti-mosquito plugs etc. We went in a particularly hot heatwave but efficient air con in main room and bedroom. The apartment is close enough to the city walls that you can hear tourists on the walls talking when the bathroom window open, but with it closed it is completely soundproofed and you would never know you are right in the centre. It is possible to walk everywhere in the old town in 10 mins and stunning views over the sea/old town from main room. A very good free breakfast was at a restaurant nearby. Excellent and quick communication with host Dubravka who was very helpful. Only downside - 3 flights of narrow winding stairs to the apartment which is challenging with wheely suitcase or people with poor mobility, otherwise no complaints, would recommend

The studio had an ideal location. In 5 minutes you could reach almost any destination in Old town. The studio was very Well equipped and the beds were fantastic. The decor was so nice and the restoration was very true to the original. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and there were 4 variations to choose from. The owner was easy to get in touch with and supplied us with a lot of useful information. There are a lot of nice restaurants very close to the studio and you can reach the Old harbour in a few minutes.

I had a fantastic stay - bright, clean and cheerful. The floors and furniture were beautiful and all the details felt brand new. Great communication and I felt right at home, it really seemed like I was part of Dubrovnik while staying there! I hope to be back soon!

We loved this delightful flat just inside the walls of old Dubrovnik. Dubravka welcomed us with lots of treats and was always ready to help in needed. Ideally placed for old town, beaches and ferries to other islands.

Fantastic location looking out at city wall. Dubrovka was easy to communicate with and helped us guide us to the flat. If visiting Dubrovnik, this a great option. A great flat with everything including extra bedroom.

The apartment is clean, bright, beautifully furnished, well equipped and in a great location just next to the city walls in the old town. Despite it's location, it is extremely quiet and away from the many local restaurants and bars. Dubravka provided a warm and informative welcome when we arrived and was available throughout the stay to answer any questions we had. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Dubrovnik.

This beautifully kept apartment is deep within the city walls. It's clean tidy and the hosts communication and helpfulness is second to none. Like it's name, it's cozy, but that fits perfect for the theme of being in the old town. Access isn't ideal - three flights of tight stairs, but you're in the old town. (And directly above a great little coffee shop) Id stay there again for sure!

Host was brilliant. Proximity to centre of old town was excellent. Cleanliness, provision of basics like milk, bread, jams, butter, biscuits, soaps, maps, & traditional local sprit was superbly useful. Promixity to shops, bars restaurants and city walls entrance and port were great
