A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too.
It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road.
We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive.

We are traveling trough Europe celebrating our honeymoon, we stopped at this place and there was suspicious people around the property, we felt very unsafe when a guy came asking for money, we tried contacting the hotel but he had no response, so we contacted hotels.com.. as much as they tried to help they could not do anything to solve the problem… this is a very dangerous area and I will not suggest anyone to stay here, I will try to get my money back because this was a horrible experience!!!

Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms and a nice selection of breakfast items. Had a great view over the town as well. Bit of a walk into town but the trade-off is you're away from the crowds. Easy parking available on the street.

Too many stairs!!! If you are a young strong human it is fine, but for seniors, not great. Also, no restroom in the restaurant or lobby.

If you are on vacation, this property is not the convenient and quiet place to stay. The surrounding areas are messy and dirty.

Location was good,free parking, ok breakfast. What we didnt like this time around is the lack of cleaning unfortunately! Towels were not replaced, trash was was not emptied, tea cup we drank tea in were not replaced or even removed!

Emiliano seems very kind but he is not when you are facing problems. I received a very unpleasant and inconsiderate treatment from him. If you are lucky you wont ge to meet the real Emiliano, so maybe worth trying. But after knowing who he really is, staying at a place that is run by someone like him is double creepy, because he really does a good job of pretending to be nice, but uggghh... If you decide to go, I wish you don't have to face the real him!

The location is very central/very close to many major attractions. You can walk to almost everything you would want to see. You have to use public parking, which cost us 22 Eu for one night - so that part is relativel expensive. We only stayed there for one night so no big deal, but if you were staying for several days that would add up.

The room was nice and clean and the beds very comfortable. We loved not being directly in town - much more quiet that way! Everyone from the desk to the breakfast room was super helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay at this B&B again.

We stayed here on arrival after a fifteen-hour flight from San Francisco. They were nice enough to wait up for us. The hotel is in a residential district. It was very dark at that hour, so it was a challenge to find given the street layout, but persistence paid off. A clean, comfortable, quiet room net all of our needs. We booked a second night prior to our flight home, as it is convenient to the airport.

Fantastic retreat in the Tuscan Hills. The attention to detail, the accommodation and the service are all excellent. The food in the restaurant and its setting are truly outstanding!

I can’t say enough about this location, Emilio was so helpful with directions and recommendations, our stay was absolutely wonderful, from the welcoming to the delicious breakfast every morning...we would definitely be back!!!

The place was fantastic and the bnb ownership's attention to design, amenities, and even the smallest details was outstanding. From the wonderful breakfast to Emiliano's kindness and readiness to answer questions and provide guidance on local activities I would not hesitate to stay again.

Do you know what it means when the owner specifically comes to let you into your room after check in-hours? You are in Haven after long fly. The room, kitchen and bath are modern and you are comfortable from the first minute you walk into room.
You can get all your tourist information from the owner and the best cappuccino I have ever had!

Wonderfu b&b. New. Very clean. Proprietor very helpful. Beautiful view. Close to Cinque Terre tour site for catching boat. A/C worked great as it was very hot..

It makes a good base for going off to explore the Cinque Terre area, and is only about a 20 minute drive from Portovenere, where there is a good selection of restaurants for dinner
