We had a wonderful Stay in the hotel. Place is clean, very nice staff and the area is very convenient to the beach.

Everything was amazing, clean, safe, great location. Breakfast was surprisingly wonderful for “hotel buffet” food. All bartenders poolside were wonderful and pleasant. Only downfall would be that the pool is not beach facing but still was a great pool to hang out at. Kids loved it as well. We would definitely return to this facility.

The hotel was very nice, right on the beach, very nice location however the parking was terrible. There were few spaces at the hotel and if you didn’t secure one, you had to park across the street which was dissatisfying. Also, the free breakfast advertised waffles and waffles were not an option.

Stay was very enjoyable as the staff were all very helpful and pleasant always, housekeeping was excellent in keeping our room tidy and stocked, hotel was clean and had a neat setup with both an indoor and outdoor pool area, large dining area, balcony room with great views, and right on the beach and close to many good restaurants and the boardwalk. The only downfalls to this hotel was that the ac was very loud in our room, parking under the building was very sparse (lot across the street and down a block), and the complimentary breakfast, altough it had a good variety did not taste the best and was very busy always and hard to get food after waiting in line long and trying to find plates and seating. All else about our stay was great though!

The property needs more activities for the guest when there is down weather. The hotel needs more parking and a heated pool! The bar at the pool needs more help. The bartender hand to hand food and drinks on her own. The hotel is very clean. Besides that it was very good.

Overall nice location and clean accommodations. Check-in was a bit longer than desired, but the room was clean when presented. Pool and breakfast area are really small (breakfast was not tasty at all) for the number of guests to be serviced.

The overall stay was just as expected; everything was top-notch. However, when I checked in, the person assisting me asked if I had a dog. When I confirmed, he informed me that there would be an additional $200 fee for my dog. When I asked how he knew I had a dog, he said the Hyatt in Dewey Beach had informed them ahead of our stay. I questioned whether it was standard policy for one hotel to notify another about a guest bringing a dog, but he had no answer. We had previously encountered cleanliness issues at the Hyatt Dewey Beach. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, the floors had dried food on them, and the bedding smelled unfresh, as if it hadn't been changed. Despite multiple requests to the manager to address these issues, my wife eventually had to change the bedding herself because the management did not take our complaints seriously. Considering we were paying over $550 a night, a clean room shouldn't have been a problem. For the person at our next hotel to start the conversation with “You have a dog, and it's $200 more” really dampened our mood. Half of the people staying in both hotels had dogs, Hyatt hotels are dog friendly that's why pet lovers stay there. But I know,we all know, that it's not standard to ask a guest “Do you have a dog” at check in. I also do not like being targeted by vindictive hotel managers and staff at multiple hotels, it ruined our summer family trip! These room are not cheap, I paid in advance, and then was punished for complaining!

Nothing like website not. Resort?? no food for room service pool service or beach area - pictures are made to look as if space is bigger - construction going on constantly across the street.

Had a great time. A little pricey but good experience overall.

The breakfast was good. After a few days, we ate out for a change since the menu was pretty consistent at the hotel.

The room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Ocean view was great!

We loved our stay .

Clean hotel didn’t swim in the pool, but it looked decent. Breakfast was OK hotel was clean and smelled decent but the beds were firm and uncomfortable but doable for a night stay would not stay here for a long period . Also, very, very, very, very few places to park one and only reason why I would not come back. The second parking lot they have is 1 block away.

The complimentary breakfast was a biggie especially with three kids along for the vacation. The staff was very friendly, willing to help, always smiling, and seemed to enjoy what they do there. Big kudos to Candy (your pool bartender), she was great soul to talk with and offered some words of wisdom. It was easy to chat and she was there last minute for me when I was craving a "vacation" beverage! Francis on the front desk was wonderful as well! Truly friendly and wanting to please the customer, it felt like Francis was treating us as the only people in the hotel!! Great personality and genuine spirit! Keep up the great work! Double pools were great options, seems the kids loved the heated indoor pool the best as adults stuck to the one outside. Beach access was so easy and definitely check out Francos and Coastal Salt. If you go to Coastal Salt, ask for Peter to be your waiter.. excellent service! Will be back again!

This Is by far the best hotel in ocean city it's very clean and it includes breakfast Which the food is very Good The beds are also comfortable the view of the sea is good the AC and everything I would just like to recommend this hotel My kids loved it so much so if you have kids there's a good hotel to go to.

Very clean, modern room. Entire facility was very clean. Both indoor and outdoor pools very clean and maintained. Only minor complaints were parking, breakfast and elevators. If you got a spot at hotel you probably don’t want to leave; try to walk everywhere. Extra parking is across street and down a block or two. We parked under hotel when we got there and never moved our car. The breakfast was okay but they didn’t have much of a variety. We stayed Monday thru Thursday and the only change each day was the meat as I would expect. But they never had bacon on the breakfast bar any of those days. One day it looked as if they sliced kielbasa into small pieces…? Also felt the elevators were slow for only a 7 floor hotel. But all in all the staff was very kind and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent placement on boardwalk. Able to walk to a multitude of restaurants. Beautiful beach.

I had a wonderful time in Ocean City Maryland. The Hyatt Hotel was nice and comfortable, on the beach and next to the board walk.

Great vacation. The staff was great, the facilities were very nice, the pool fantastic. They have a free breakfast every morning which ranks with anyone's. Met a lot of great people. Five stars
