Staff was excellent but they mentioned they made us upgrade to a suite with a hot tub but the tub was just a bath tub. The reservation included breakfast which they barely offer because they do not have a kitchen at the villa (I guess by design but they should not have charged us).
They have issues with the toilettes, they smell regardless of how much you flash. Staff was great at the villa property but not the restaurant and winery.

Our stay at cielo was beyond amazing it was our first time staying there and we’re not disappointed at all in the contrary we were wowed beyond expectation, we will definitely be staying there again and we are recommending this hotel to friends and family!

First off, if you want to be woken up early in the morning with tons of noise and loud workers, be my guest and stay here! Also, if you like to look at the ceiling in the middle of the night and worry about spiders crawling on your face, this is your place! For over 500 dollars a night, this place screams haunted house vibes, a fun stay for the lovers of filth.

AMAZING! Got the whole little house for my wedding weekend and everything was perfection. The area is SO BEAUTIFUL. Waking up in the vineyards was just so dreamy and I could not have chosen a better stay.

One of the nicest resorts I’ve ever stayed in. The villas are beautiful, the staff strives to go above and beyond in every interaction. The restaurant is excellent, and the views are incredible! If you’re staying in Valle de Guadalupe, you should be at El Cielo!

The pond and all the noises of the animals. For example, the birds chirping, toads croaking. It was all a dream. And the chapel/church was breathtaking

Great for a relaxed stay, stroll around the country side with your dog, with excellent and promo service that provides all you need unobtrusively within minutes. People seem to be happy working there. My favorite part: the security guard opened the church for me so that I could spend some time in private prayer (the church has one Mass on Sundays).

The matresses weren't confortable, being too soft. The doors tend to vibrate everytime someone else in the other rooms opens o closes their doors. We actually thought somebody was entering our room in a pair of ocations.also it seems that the personal doesn't communicate with each other, I receive a call offering to clean my room when it was already cleaned. Some of the people in my group received cookies at the entrance, others had an upgrade in room category and my room didn't receive cookies nor water the first day...it was a little bit incoherent. The service in the restaurant and the transportation was great.

The staff was very welcoming. We reserved a junior suite, but we were upgraded for FREE to a Master Suite because I completed my booking with Orbitz. The master suite was the size of an apartment. It had 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor patio with the outdoor place too. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend EL CIELO!!

Love the peace and quiet. Breakfast is really good, the villas are very pretty.
Didnt like that everything is too far away.
Beds need renovation, we were a party of 10 people and we all agree that beds neef to be updated.
Also the villa I stayed, when another room open their door, my bathroom and fan light turned on by itself.

An absolutely beautiful property - gorgeous, modern, well-appointed charming and quiet. The service was excellent, and there were many nice touches. Highly recommend this for a luxurious stay in the Valle.

El Cielo is a very nice place to relax. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The master suite was very nice and large. The bathrooms are excellent. The bed was excellent. The sheets and pillows are premium as well as the bath towels. The people are friendly and the service is excellent. The birds outside in the morning are delightful as well as the frogs and other pond life at night. It’s a first class experience overall. The roads surrounding the resort need to be repaired due to numerous pot holes, but overall I highly recommend El Cielo resort.
