If you’re looking for a safe place to stay close to the Bass Pro Pyramid…stay here! We were driving through from Kentucky and wanted to stop at Bass Pro Pyramid. We wanted a safe place to sleep before getting on the road the next morning. This cute hotel was very close and very safe.

Check in took about 35 minutes and this was after a long day of traveling. There was a computer issue as well as once we were given or key, we were sent to an occupied room.
I was traveling with my brother and we asked for the hotel to split the bill but they said they could not do that.
Hotel was very nice and workers were nice but I suggest you work on getting check in done much faster, We were exhauseted and it was late at night.

Good location and friendly staff!
The only inconveniences were a lamp that didn’t work properly and a really weird bathroom door that didn’t allow basically any privacy at all.

Very nice hotel, terrific staff. Good location, close to Beale Street and the Civil Rights Museum. Good dining options in walking distance or a short drive.

Air conditioner leaked all over our floor, water coming out from behind closet. Hotel authorized another night during the night audit reaulting in an additional 224 fee to be held against my account when i had my 3 day reservation in place. Manager was excellent front desk was excellent.

What a cute place! The decor is period early 1960's Memphis music and created such a fun vibe! The restaurant next door, Biscuits & Jams, was an extra treat and served delicious meals & drinks!

Our room looked out on the pool area which was quite noisy. Not as nice as other indigo hotels I’ve stayed in.

Wonderful hotel, centrally located to Beal street and several major attractions. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The adjacent restaurant has phenomenal food and great service. This hotel is a whole vibe. Our family loved it!!

The property was nice, but the front desk staff ruined my experience at the end of our stay. I’m from Texas and used to great customer service! This place either has extremely strict check out rules or a front desk girl that was new or having a bad day. Hopefully they figure it out.

There was no TV remote in the room. The toilet paper holder was broken and the wallpaper peeling. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The parking is $22 and NO free breakfast.

Awesome amenities, I would like to come back and spend 3 days at this hotel. It is very close to Beale Street. When I come back, I will hang out at the pool and listen the great music on the free juke box in between visit to Beale Street

When I made reservations, I checked boxes for parking (12) and breakfast for 2 (15). When I arrived, they knew nothing about prepaid parking and changed $22. Everyone had breakfast included, so my total bill was 201.91, when quote was 179.90. Won't be using Hotels.com again any time soon. Hotel was good. People were good and it was great location.

The first time ever in 60 years that had our room ready a little after 1:00 but tried to charge us $25 for an early check in. NEVER in any hotel in the world have we been told there was an early check in charge for an available room. Shame! You have lost us, and anyone we know from ever staying in an Indigo hotel, unless you confirm that this is a rogue property and not company policy.

Only had decaf coffee keurigs. Ask for some at front desk and they said they have to call house keeping. The first room they gave us had toilet that broke while using the #2. Them we had to pack up and move.

Rooms have been upgraded to very modern. Just fine for our stay. Security was good. Rooms are very clean. Bathrooms were nice. About 4 blocks from Beale St. Must eat at Rendezvous! We would stay here again.

Gunshots heard through the night outside. Didn't feel safe leaving anything in vehicle.
Restaurant for breakfast was fabulous!! Tya was a great server! The grits were ssssooooooo good.
