The work area did dim lights were horrible. I was unable to work. I had to go out of my way and obtain two lamps in order for me to work.
Also, they did not provide channels that I needed to watch

The place was beautiful, and the view was great. There were a few discrepancies, like things listed online that were included, that were not actually included though but aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and we were sad part of it was affected by Hurricane Milton. I will say one of my biggest complaints was that the elevator situation is really frustrating because they usually only have one or two working and with such a large building, it took forever for us to get downstairs sometimes, but that’s not the condo owner’s fault. The restaurant and bar was also closed for renovations which was a bummer but it’s a great location so there were lots of places within walking distance. We will definitely look into staying here again.

We asked to add one more day, and had confirmed several times that it was taken care of only to have issues with our card and receiving checkout notification the day prior to our final day. The staff at the hotel itself was very pleasant. The Miami Vacation Rental Company who owned the airbnb room at the hotel could be more accessible and knowledgeable about things.

Excellent stay! Very attentive hosts who texted before arrival (and allowed an early check in without hesitation!) and texted during the stay. Ensuring everything was to our liking. Apartment was comfortable and very clean, with Coconut Grove shopping and dining right outside the hotel. Loved the location, amenities and hosts. Highly recommend!

I had to cancel my reservation ahead of time. I lost my money. I took insurance which was another scam. Maybe everyone have over $500 to loose. I will never use orbitz again.

The property was exactly as we expected. We were very grateful to have free parking. It was a little challenging to find spots .
The pool is lovely and has towels provided. The hotel restaurant has not opened and didn’t know about that, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Great location with lots of dining options. Our unit was privately owned and we reported an issue with a curtain after the first night but maintenance never came. Reported
it again the third day and were told that maintenance would go but we were checking out so we had to endure the problem during our entire time there. Definitely could do better. We have had much better experiences in the past when we book through the hotel managed units and we will stick to those in the future.

Great apartment with a great view in a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, short drive to all the main attractions and beaches in Miami. The only regret we had was that the vacation ended too soon

Great location and great room. I was there for a medical procedure and this made it easy to get to places to eat and have some actual space as well as have a nice kitchen. I also get lots and lots of hot flashes so all the tile was super nice to lay on. Only snafu was the platform we book through didn't get our nights in correctly and had us leaving a day earlier than we paid for and was confirmed. We ended up having to move rooms which was difficult with the spinal procedure I had done. Even this survey shows us leaving 6/5 and we paid for and booked through 6/6. I don't know why you can't get this correct.

Very nice unit. We did not select daily housekeeping (at additional fee) which put us at risk for not enough clean-and-dry towels. Not to worry. Without our asking, the unit was supplied with a bunch of extras for our four-day stay.

The host was great with communication. The place was clean and well cared for. This location is right in the middle of all things Coconut Grove and the symphony playing in the baseball field across the street was awesome! The entire facility was well kept and the neighborhood felt very safe. The Cocowalk is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Everything in the room worked great and the wine was appreciated! It’s not a big space but well organized and had everything we needed including an amazing view of the Atlantic and the marina.

One of the best places we have stayed and we travel a lot! Location is perfect! Walkable to tons of shops, restaurants, and parks. Area is safe and a short drive to the beaches on Key Biscayne. Checkin was easy, instructions clear, garage parking a huge plus, condo was spotless, view is breathtaking, welcome gift a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Miami.

The booking confirmation lacked the name of the hotel. Just had the address. Check in directions were confusing, with parking instructions but no instructions to check in at the front desk first. The room was fine. No direct view of the water, but a decent view from the balcony. The restaurant was under renovation and had a stop work order violation, too. The pool area was alright, but closed at 6pm!
