Excellent customer service. Room was surprisingly large and nice. I just don’t understand why we pay such a high price and the hotels don’t clean your room daily - it’s ridiculous. If you are not going to clean the rooms & change the sheets everyday then lower your price. I shouldn’t have to hunt down the maid to get fresh towels

It was an amazing hotel and the proximity to downtown Nashville was exactly what we were looking for. I will never agree with having to pay for parking at a hotel and this price seemed rather high but everything else was perfect!

Staff was amazing!!!! From when we got out of the Uber to when we left for the airport. The service of a ride to Broadway and to be picked up as well! Will be staying here the next visit

The Holiday Inn Nashville near Broadway was excellent. Very comfortable rooms. Very convenient to walk or ride on the hotel's golf cart to Broadway. Nice to have parking on the property. Would stay again.

the hotel is nice and centrally located, but housekeeping never cleaned our room and never gave us fresh towels.
Also, they gave us one bed when we requested two.

The bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable. The beds felt like sleeping on a concrete floor. There were no prices displayed on food/drink convenience store shelves. The elevators were slooooooooow. Not worth the $300 a night in shoulder season.

We stayed here with for a birthday down in Nashville it’s literally so close to everything. So glad we stayed here. Every staff member we encountered had amazing customer service and always had a smile on their faces. It also has a shuttle golf cart to get you close to the Broadway fun! Chase was always super quick with picking us up when we called the shuttle service and he was sweet!!! He was literally the best. He left an everlasting mark on our best memories in Nashville.

First night was good. Second day it was much cooler outside. We turned the heat on and it did not work. After 8 hrs without it being resolved we were moved to another room.

Staff was super friendly. We arrived very early and they got us in our room within an hour.

Room was good, beds pretty good and I’m picky on that. Front desk staff just okay, the reason for my low ratings was the golf cart driver, got a ride to broad street but when I called for a return ride the kid said answered and said sure I’ll be right there. We waited about 10 minutes and we decided we could have walked back in that time so we left. When we got back to the golf cart kid was just sitting on the golf cart talking to friends so I stopped and asked why he never came. Well he said I did nobody was there I said well that’s clearly a lie because we took the same route as you. I don’t liked being lied to and lucky for that kid he doesn’t work for us, he wouldn’t last a day working for us or anyone else.

Our first time at this hotel and we loved it. Perfect location, great staff and close to broadway. Next time we are in Nashville, will be looking to book here again

The free golf cart that runs back and forth to Broadway is really convenient!

Check in its self went smoothly however after that it went downhill quickly. I wasn’t told that I had to pay to park ($111.00) for the two nights we stayed. After finding out we had pay to stay we had people behind us waiting to get in we entered without getting our ticket which we didn’t know we needed in order to get in and out of your hotel.
The desk staff gave us grief every time we entered or left the property.
So in closing nice room, good location, poor service and I’ve never heard of having to pay to park at a property that I spent over $1,100.00 dollars to stay at.

This was a GREAT spot for a work trip in Nashville. I was within easy walking distance to the convention by day, plus the nightlife at night! The hotel even offers a shuttle down to Broadway where all of the nightlife is happening. For being so close to the action, the hotel was so quiet and peaceful. Very nice amenities, modern and clean! Great bar/grill inside the hotel as well as a little market and cafe! Game room, lounge...what more can you ask for?! We rented a car which was a huge waste, we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go except the airport (uber cheaper than a rental car!). Ohhh and this wonderful BBQ spot right across the street! YUM.

Hotel is very close to all major attractions. Easy ride to and from airport. Depended on LYFT for Oprey and airport. Close by is a great BBQ an Italian restaurant and the Pancake Pantry.

I will never stay in another hotel. Holiday Inn had everything I needed on property. The staff was so polite and friendly and helpful. I will be stay here every visit to Nashville

I appreciated the golf cart ride to Broadway and the fact that they picked us up as well. But paying $49.00 a day to park there was way to much, shouldn't have had to paid anything, especially after spending a lot on the room. I can understand house keeping not changing the sheets during our 4 day stay, but we had to ask for towels to be brought to our room along with coffee, tp and kleenex and to empty the trash. The breakfast was pretty good down stairs, glad it didn't cost us anything. But $12.00 for a bag of popcorn... that was a bit much. I did like the fact that you needed a room key in order to go up to any floor, good protection.

Everything was great. big rooms. new bathroom. clean. modern. the golf cart service to Broadway huge plus. restaurant really good. Did not have a car there. But at check out, my prepaid room for 3 days booked months before, and paid for months in advance had a bill of 65 dollars when I checked out for," destination fees" never mentioned that before or when I checked in either.

Great distance for walking to Broadway and dining! Parking was expensive, but convenient. Our room air conditioning was cool but a very uncomfortable dampness. Bed sheets felt like they were wet. :( Snacks/drinks were promised on our floor, but was always out.

Great location. Parking too expensive. Makes no sense for a hotel not to have parking for its customers. They keep saying that parking was not theirs and separate of the hotel. Didn’t appear to be. I paid 4 nights at 49$ per night. Then the third night I went for a road trip. When I got back to hotel the parking was sold out with a sign at the entrance. I had to get the manager to help find a spot. The hotel itself was fantastic along with its staff but will not stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone just simply because the parking situation.
