Very nice hotel with good looking and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Complicated self check in and self check out, but still have two staff hidden away. Flashing lights in the rooms 24hrs a day making it hard to sleep, uncomfortable beds, thin walls, noisy systems and a/c

Nice and clean as always, could have maybe just been a little bit more careful regarding the rooms for next time that is all. Only gave the staffing a 3/5 because you don’t really have contact which I could not mark them down/more for this.

Nice lobby, nice people, in the middle of the centre.

I had a wonderful experience! Many dining options by the hotel. Right off of city center with many places to explore, easy to walk to where I needed to go.

Aircon was on the whole night. Phoned reception 6 times requesting them to turn it off. I couldn't do it via the room control. So had to sleep like that the whole night

Great place

A vibrant hotel full of quirky features and design. Rooms are completely open plan with your shower beside the bed and the toilet in a small enclosed space in your room. You have a small touch screen tablet in your room with hotel information, guides to local food and drink and the tablet also acts as your tv remote control. There is a well stocked shop in the lobby where you can purchase all sorts of food, drinks and snacks and all bought using a touch screen checkout. The lobby has plenty of comfy seating areas, work spaces and outside there is a pleasant garden area on the small drive way up to the hotel. On the street outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The stuff at the hotel are there if you need them whilst your visit can be completely self service from check in, using the shop/bar through to check out, it’s a completely digital self service hotel. When I did have a query the staff where helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice place friendly staff enjoyed it

The room looked good but thats all. Some of the staff act like they dont care. They prefer to sit watch their phones over helping the customer. System is not up to date when you order an extra day to stay they barge in your room at 9 am to tell you to leave without knowning that you have extended your stay. The shower is good tho but no breakfast and you have to pay 25€ a day for parking. While some of the staff said it was free.

You are really not welcome, we stayed 8 days and took 3 rooms, the rooms were cleaned only once, the rooms remained dirty and no one took care of them despite our various complaints
