Comfortable beds, very clean, good shower. It's funny that the bidet is located far from the WC, but everything works and the water temperature is regulated.

This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and stylish and located right on the grand canal, with its own dock for private water taxi service, and a gondola dock right next to it. Central location, easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, etc. and the rooftop terrace overlooking the canal is awesome. 10/10 book it already.

This hotel was beautiful! Perfect location, convenient walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. Hotel staff was pleasant and always helpful. They helped us get all our transfers to and from the airport arranged, which was a huge help. Loved our stay.

Beautiful water front boutique hotel overlooking the grand Canal and a stone throw to the iconic Rialto bridge.All the staff were excellent. Victor at reception was sensational with all of his recommendations of places to dine and things to do. Fantastic roof top bar with sensational views and the bar personnel were very entertaining!!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location near the Rialto Bridge. Staff was especially helpful in arranging water taxis to the airport & train station. Beautiful view of the Grand Canal from the Rooftop Bar. Will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is the perfect hotel to stay at in Venice. It is a great location on the grand canal near the Rialto Bridge. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable (great beds). Their is a rooftop bar over looking the grand canal. I can not recommend this hotel enough!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location directly on the grand canal. Room was very pretty and great design. Breakfast was nice and staff at breakfast was very friendly. Our favorite part of this hotel was the amazing roof top bar! Luca and his team made these evening cocktail experiences magical to help make our trip extra special !!!

The rooms are great, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated very close to the Rialto bridge and is walking distance to everything.
There is a roof top bar and restaurant that is very convenient with good food and drinks and a great view of the canal.
And the staff was very attentive and courteous. They also have a great breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of choices and great service

What a gem! The hotel is really well located, a 2 minute walk to the Rialto bridge and, consequently, it allows you to get to anywhere in Venice just walking. It is less than 15 minutes to Piazza San Marco, 20 minutes from Santa Lucia Statikn (train), 25 minutes to the Vaporetto station that can get you to the islands around).
The staff is very friendly and ready to accommodate any request you have. It was a highlight on our trip
In additional, do mot get fooled by the hotel exterior, the interior is very clean, modern and luxurious. Rooms are very big for Venetian standards, clean, comfortable and also modern.
We could not be happier with our choice.

Excellent hotel. Clean, prime location. Very friendly helpful staff. The only thing was the AC is controlled by the front desk. They keep it very cold which is fine because it was very hot and humid during the day but at night I prefer the AC be turned down a little. It stayed consistently at about 18C. Even when I called and asked to go up to 21C it never went down. But overall definitely recommend!

lovely hotel in a perfect location. No complaints. Beautiful roof top and well designed rooms. It’s not a super luxury resort but service was on point and we were very satisfied. Felt there was a superb value.
