Fantastic hotel and the staff were amazing. Good continental breakfast in a room that overlooks the grand canal. There is also a relaxing room that has a balcony overlooking the grand canal for a great photo opportunity. Right near the Rialto bridge.

Hotel is in good location. Rooms were just ok. Beds were terrible. Bathroom was terrible.

If you dont expect much then this hotel is for you. Very basic, small and not a great selection for breakfast as other reviews would have you think. You pay for the location which is good but only if you want to spend all day in the hotel, so dont go to Venice then. Overall Venice is over rated and over priced.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Rooms were clean but ultra small bedroom and lighting in the bathroom was very dim. Also entrance to the hotel was in an alley and hard to find.

Breakfast area Was immaculate, the lady did over and above customer services and kept the area clean and always completely filled with the items.

Location is great, air condition is weak, bed isn’t the best.

This boutique Hotel was perfectly located near the Rialto bridge, tasty restaurants, the Gondala, water taxis, and a 10 min walk to San Marco square. Even with being right in the center of everything the hotel was quiet inside and made me feel safe and relaxed. There is a great view of the Rialto Bridge from the dining area balcony. And the 3rd floor common area. This hotel is a gem.

Superb view of Grand Canal. Just steps away from tons of dining options. Staff was really helpful.

Friendly staff convenient location to water taxis and train station. Only down side is you walk over the Rialto bridge every time to go into the center. If someone has issues with steps this may be N issue. Breakfast was good & the room was quiet & comfortable!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of all of the main sights of Venice! Staff were extremely friendly and service at the included breakfast was quick. Only feedback would be around the bed, it was quite a stiff matress. Aside from that, we loved our stay.

The staff was AMAZING! Sylvia, Sanaa and Osama went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our room was comfortable and best surprise ever, we arrived on the day of the annual regatta. We had a front row seat from the balcony on the third floor. We could not believe our luck. This weekend also happened to be the Venice film festival. Sanaa gave us all the pertinent info for travel to the island of Lido to dine and try to catch sight of one of the stars. I would highly recommend this hotel for the best stay in Venice! Can’t wait to come back. Will definitely stay again at Riva Del Vin. Thank you, Ken and Michell

Staff was super friendly. They helped us figure out transportation to Murano, Burano, and the airport as it can be confusing. The hotel was clean and in a great location. Would stay again. Only downfall is breakfast was not great.

Hotel was beautiful and modern, location was perfect and the staff was so very helpful with dining options and lining up taxi service to airport. Recommend to everyone!!

Great location right in the grand canal. Breakfast room looks right out on canal! Our shower didn’t drain and was overflowing into the coming we tried to use it, we only stayed 1 night so it did not get fixed while we were there.

It was quite noisy neighbourhood. We woke up around 6am to the sounds from outside. Bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. On the good side the hotel was in a very good, centric location and the staff was friendly. Decent breakfast and good coffee :) To people appreciating good sleep, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Otherwise quite nice hotel.

Close to everything, nice breakfast

Pros: - Complimentary breakfast was adequate, but with good service - The staff at reception are all amazing. Incredibly accommodating and assisted us in our every need, including getting us an iron when requested, and leaving bags whilst we explored the city prior to an evening flight home - Very walkable location next to Rialto Bridge, with short walk to water us services across the Veneto - The shower was excellent! - Stunning view from balconies over the canal! Cons: - TV in room did not have any English channels, they would benefit from installing smart TVs so people can cast to the screen from their mobiles - It can be a bit noisy from the bustling restaurants below. Advice: avoid the restaurants directly outside the hotel, by the canal, as they are poor quality tourist traps. This isn't the hotel's fault - so, ask at reception and they can recommend much better places to spend your money!

We stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip! The front desk was incredible and so helpful with recommendations! But I will say, on the website the rooms and bed looked way bigger than it actually was. We got to our room and it was the size of a closet 😬 and the bed was a very flat double bed. It wasn’t the most comfortable sleep, or romantic in anyway but it made do for our two night stay in Venice. The location was great. The breakfast was not. They had fruit and yogurt and some bread and water and coffee and that’s about it. was hoping they would do something a little special for us since it was our honeymoon, but they didn’t :( The service was incredible and the location was great but if you are someone who gets anxious in small spaces, this would not be the space for you. My husband was able to touch both walls of our room on either side while sitting on the bed 😬 The decor inside was very cute though! They did well, with the space they had but definitely not what we were expecting after looking at photos and reading reviews. I just want to be honest for future travelers so they know what they are booking!

This place was steps away from the Rialto bridge. Also many restaurant options close to the hotel.

We had a great stay at Riva del Vin Boutique Hotel. The property was very nice and in a great area. Our room had an amazing view of the canal and the bridge.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, and the staff was very helpful. They gave us good tips on where to eat. Be ware of tourist trap restaurants on the grand canal. Expensive and low quality food
