Could not recommend a place more. Our family loved the pool, walks to dining and the breakfast was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone

In the heart of downtown Pasadena. Conveniently only 20 mins from Universal Studios. Enjoyed our stay very much. Free breakfast.

Rooms were quiet. Beds were plush. Free breakfast that was better than standard, however we opted to go to Urth’s Cafe for breakfast.

Getting woken up every morning and asked if I was checking out was super unpleasant. However, knowingly, the staff were kind and understanding.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing I can ding them on is that they did not service my room on the 1st day but did service it the remaining days of my stay.

Excellent hotel, good price

Overall, clean and good free breakfast option. Check out process was not straightforward though. Be weary of erroneous charges especially with their parking charges.

I loved this hotel. It was a surprising gem. It was far enough outside of the downtown LA area that we got some calm but close enough to drive. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely stat here again.

Only bad thing is parking is 27 a night

The room was great! My only problem was that parking was a little confusing, and the thermostat went on a low-power mode when you weren't moving. This make sense when you're out of the room all day, but doesn't make sense at night.

Beautiful location in Pasadena

Staffs of the hotel are very nice. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The locate is walkable for shopping and eating.

We recently stayed at your hotel and, while our overall experience was pleasant, we encountered a few issues that we feel need to be addressed. Me and my sister flew in from Toronto and stayed at Hyatt Place Pasadena from 06-29-2024 to 07-04-2024. It was our pleasure to stay at this place. Firstly, when we came down for breakfast, one of the staff members informed us that we were "overflow people" and stated that we were not allowed to have breakfast there. This made us feel extremely unwelcome and unwanted. As we were the only people of color present, it felt as though we were being judged for our presence, which was a very uncomfortable experience. Additionally, during our entire 6-day stay, we requested house slippers and toothbrushes daily but never received them. Despite our repeated requests, these items were never provided. We hope that you will take these concerns seriously and take steps to ensure that future guests do not have similar experiences.

We were very happy with the hotel. Clean, convenient in distance, safe neighborhood and offers breakfast ( i loved the fresh fruits ) . It was very busy due to holiday week but they were sufficiently staffed, we didn’t wait at all to check in, very good customer service. Also, per request, they clean the room every day if you want. Parking is expensive but there are other parking lots around the hotel so you can compare and decide the parking prices. Only downside is: Orbitz charged us 120$ more than the hotel invoice. Lesson learned: next time I’ll book my stay directly with Hyatt website, not Orbitz . Next time when we are in LA area, we will be staying here definitely..
