Perfect location, super comfy, hosts thought of everything; and they were so friendly, accommodating and cordial. Super short, flat walk from train station, and right on edge with of old town. I would most definitely stay here again!!

The hosts are so kind and welcoming! They gave us some excellent recommendations for food and travel around the area. The property is in the perfect location. The property was clean and pricing was very fair. We would stay here again and would recommend to anyone travelling to Cinque Terre.

Couldn’t ask for best hosts, thank you Elisa and Simone. They both love what they do and it shows. Please know how appreciated you both are by your guests! We felt so well cared for. We had the best sleep in your guesthouse! The location is perfect, close to everything, big spaces room, all modern amenities, super clean, big bathroom, great view and very quite. This is a unique hotel in a nice location. So many dining options nearby. Safe area. The room was cute and comfortable. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Very easy to explore the cinque Terre from this location.

Our stay was absolutely lovely! Perfect spot to stay to take the train to Cinque Terra and La Spezia is great to explore as well. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful and made great suggestions. We will definitely be back!

This was a very clean comfortable place. It is located in the middle of a busy area, but it is very quiet in the room. Parking, train, shopping, food, pretty much everything was within a couple blocks. I would stay there again for sure!

Hi, I highly recommend this place if you are staying in the area. It is very close to the train station if you are going to Cinque and the immediate surrounding area is safe (I'm not sure about other areas so I recommend staying near the train station). The managers were incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were big and modern. I have only great things to say about my experience. There is no parking garage but the managers find a spot for you. Just communicate with them about check-in time.

We had a great visit!
It’s easy to communicate with Elisa prior to check-in. She’s very lovely! The room is very clean and it felt safe, You could hardly hear the traffic outside.
The hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station (walking) and it has a lot of different parking spots close by (we arrived by car and got a free parking spot a 10 minute walk away where we left the car for 4 days).
We got great recommendations, and were welcomed with wine.
Would recommend this hotel! Great place to stay and very easy to go to Cinque terre from here.

Amazing room in the middle of La Spezia, 3 minutes from the train station and right in the heart of the shopping streets.

Host amazing the little hotel very well updated, the room warm, cute, renowned with good taste. Location, great, because it was 4min from train station. The building not amazing, but overall we liked it a lot. The best, the hosts, they helped us on everything, super friendly and every advice they gave us was accurate. Great people! Loved it!

We had a comfortable and short stay. The rooms are a good size with large bathrooms. Elisa was very responsive and helpful! Fast wifi and thoughtful little touches, such as a communal icemaker and wine glasses. Best part was that its 5 minutes walk from the train station to Cinque Terre and beyond. Also, there's a private parking garage nearby. Would definitely recommend for couples.

The owners treated us like family, they where very attentive and offered us coffee, chocolates and even gave us a bottle of red wine as a welcome present. They were constantly checking if we needed anything and even sent info on the ferry and other info about visiting the area.
The room was very nice on a historic building but also very well maintained and clean. I would recommend staying here and I would stay there again any time.

The hotel is close to the train station to 5 Terre and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a bottle of wine. The check in has restrictive hours and the building is not a hotel but an apartment building. Definitely overpriced for the area and amenities.

Fantastic location, great clean room, and Elise and Simone could not have been more helpful. La Spezia is a great place to jump off to Cinque Terre and they gave us a lot of tips that helped make our walking tour of cinque terre much more memorable! They even stored one of our bags for a week so that we could hike with our smaller bags. Perfect place to stay and they are so nice there!

Checking in was stressed free as Elisa our host reached out and waited for our arrival to assist us with our luggage and car parking. Room were spacious,clean and comfortable. Very convenient location near central train station and the town center. We were greeted by Elisa at the appointed time. She was kind, professional, and very helpful with information about nearby restaurants and things we might want to see. Outstanding place to see in a great Italian town at the edge of Cinque Terre.

We loved this place! We traveled around Italy going to 4 cities and we wish we could have stayed here the whole time, or somehow brought it with us. Elisa is so welcoming and helpful, a wonderful host! Best place we stayed in Italy and a great value!

Beautiful room, staff are very common and really close to that main station for transportation purposes. Definitely recommend, offloading is difficult, however if you have your own vehicle!

Elisa was very prompt with her responses, the room was clean, 5 min walk from Centrale station and the Square.
She gave us great recommendations on the restaurants, places to shop and explore the town in addition to guidance on our trip to Cinque Terra and Pisa.

Perfect spot to stay if commuting by train, clean, spacisou and quiet (no noise from streets, but actually can hear some sound from corridor and upstairs at night time). Host very welcoming and helpful. Accident due to lift doors but host was responsive to first aid care request.

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the rail station to take us to Cinque Terre, and it was a great find! Lovely, character filled room, in the middle of fabulous restaurant area in a vibrant community. The best thing about this hotel was Elisa! So helpful, answered every question before we arrived, kept in constant communication, and made us so welcome :)

This is a great room for rent near La Spezia station. The host was excellent and very responsive. It is a great base station to explore Cinque Terre and points beyond.
