Good hotel. Very good location

Very good price - quality relation.

Montevideo Biarritz Hotel was perfect for a couple of nights to recover from several long days of flying, sailing and driving. We were able to sleep soundly and have excellent meals at the hotel. Hands down, O would stay there again.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I would love to have more fresh fruit options in the breakfast menu.

Room too small, bathroom clean but the shower stall needs some upgrade

I didn't receive the F&B discount despite ordering room service. Excellent stay overall however! Great location, wifi and room was small but functional.

Best location, Modern, well planned, good amenities, very quite (very good soundproofing). Excellent shower, good coffee and good staff. I strongly recommend this hotel for value for money.

Awesome location in Punta Carretas. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room - great for the price!

The staff was very helpful. Room needs updating, shower stall leaked water on floor bathroom fan did not work.

The hotel is very nice, the only issue is that the rooms are so small that I risked bumping in the tv screen, which is placed ar chest-level and there is barely any space to avoid hitting it. Otherwise, I highly recommend it for a short stay.

Great location, busy street but room was quiet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side but impeccably clean as well as the bathroom.

Curtains were not working properly and no hot water to shower in the morning.

Like most hotels in Argentina and Uruguay, staff do not speak English, but that’s ok… can manage. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was average, but just fine. What I liked is ability to rent bicycles directly from on site… must pay cash either in USD or pesos. Well located. Hotel not so obviously located from the street but easy to find with GoogleMaps

I’ve been at many Ibis hotels around the world and they are typically good value for money. I have to say this one disappointed me on the most basic thing you would expect in a hotel which is to be clean.

Las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas. Sin closets para colgar la ropa, sin sitio para colocar las maletas. Las maletas en el piso y ya obstruian la escasa circulacion.

Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is not so bad, and the location is good with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. Cons: Masks are not enforced in the lobby/elevator. Rooms are in need of some maintanance.

Better than expected

Nos dieron una habitación para sillas de ruedas. El baño estaba todo adaptado para sus capacitados, entonces no tenía una ducha, sino que tenía un lluvero que al usarlo inundabas todo el baño. Y cada vez que ibas a lavarte las manos o cepillarte los dientes, tenías que empaparte los pies porque todo estaba mojado. El water tambien, incomodo para personas que no fuéramos en silla de ruedas. Solicite que se nos cambie de habitación y me dijeron que las disponibles eran todas así. No hubiera ido a este hotel de saber que no iba a poder usar el baño cómodamente. Después en recepción me cobraron la estadía por más que yo había pago por la aplicación, y ahora estoy en vueltas para que no me cobren dos veces. Mala experiencia.

Hotel premises and room are new and clean. Understaffed, but the employees are courteous. But Saturday night something happened. There was a party in the apartment that shared walls with me (private apartments in the same building). At 2 am, there was dancing, singing and a lot of noise. The reception officer was unable to reason with them, although he did change my room (at 2 am in the morning). I had to call the police, something I had never done in many many years of business traveling through various countries. I was told that the hotel manager wanted to speak with me about it. Still waiting that call.

The premises are excellent although small. Can't see a couple being able to stay as there is limited space in the wardrobe and limited space for luggage in the rooms. Cleanliness would have been excellent if they haven't totally skipped a day to do the room. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Nice location, new hotel, without bells and whistles.
