Perfect location! We walked to the mall and several restaurants. Also right across from our venue. There were a lot of homeless people lying around in the streets which was very disheartening... Downtown Indy was not like this when we last visited several years ago. So sad.

Excellent overall

We loved the proximity to the Gateway Fieldhouse and will stay here again. Only feedback was that the blankets for the pull out were very low quality.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, but it is on a very busy street. The Gainbridge fieldhouse is directly across the street and draws thousands of people. The nightlife is very active in the area as well. We were keep up until 3am. My advice to anyone who stays here over the weekend is to stay on the backside of the hotel away from the main street. This hotel is 15 stories high and has plenty of rooms.

We went to the Fever Game and the location could not have been better. The hotel was clean, the staff was great, and overall it was a great stay

Great dinner !

Parking was easy once I knew where to park. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Cleaning staff came into our room before we were out of bed in the morning, not sure why they're not told who has and hasn't checked out yet. Wasn't a huge deal but, still.

It's very confusing having two hotels at the same exact address with the same check-in and all facilities shared. I accidentally booked Hyatt Place instead of Hyatt House and thus did not get the suite with kitchenette I was expecting. You need to do something to make the difference clearer. Or maybe just combine to one brand with different room types.

This was a great hotel for the money. Nice outdoor patio with TV’s. It was kid friendly and very clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean and in working order. We have stayed at this location 2 times now.

Stayed here for an impromptu trip to watch the Indiana Fever and the location was *perfect* - right across the street from Gainbridge, with many places nearby to eat before and after the game this was a great place to stay. My only point for anyone to consider is that self-park is $43/day while valet is $45. Finding parking was a bit of a task and if I had known the valet was only $2 more I may have gone that route just to save time and effort.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Was not informed about the $43-$48 per day parking fee in addition to the room charge. Rooms are clean, but very small. Only stayed at this hotel because of the convenience to Fever stadium.

I think breakfast should last until 10am. We thought 9am was too early!

The location was fantastic... right across from Gainbridge... so convenient!!!! The hotel check in process was pretty slow... sure, it was game day, but you cant tell me that was their first game day hectic check in... the process could be handled a lot better. The room was pretty clean, just a little bit of dirty areas... honestly... better than most other hotels nowadays. The staff were awesome, except one dude that was in the "bag room" he was kind of a douche. The water flowed fast and hot during my shower, and i can only assume other people in the hotel were showering at the same time... the biggest issue is we heard EVERY noise from the outside. Like, from 11pm to 2am there were cars parked on the street in front of the hotel reving their engines and playing loud music. The noise from all of that came right through the walls and windows. So loud. Breakfast was neat in the morning ... pretty good! I would stay again but request the highest floor possible just to see if i would not be able to hear the loud engines and music outside.

Very disappointed in our stay! And in Hotels We attended a Fever game and spent the extra money and stayed right across the street because of the great location! Arrived at the hotel at 2:45 and our room was not ready, no big deal they would text us when it was ready. 3:30 I went and checked at front desk again still not ready. 4 o’clock checked at front desk again still not ready. 415 went up to front desk to complain we had dinner reservations at 5;00 and heard them say somebody is still in the room. And 4 of us had to get cleaned up and ready yet! And they were very rude to us!!!!!! We did ask them…. clearly you’re going to give us a late check because of the delay and they said NO! After 10 mins. they came to us, our room was ready! Thank goodness! They gave us our room keys, which had a room number on it (1223) after we arrived on the 12th floor and after searching for our room for multiple laps. Someone asked if they could help us we said yes we couldn’t find our room. Walked around for a minute and said wait a minute there is no such a room. He looked at our key sleeve called down to the front desk and yup….there was no such room. SERIOUSLY! Especially after how rude they were to us!!!!! They wrote the wrong room it was 1233 NOT 1223. Never an apology…..NOTHING!!!!!!! Unreal. On the upside breakfast was very nice! And the workers there were very friendly it’s the front desk staff that needs an attitude adjustment! It clearly states on their website 3 PM check-in.

Clean, convenient (directly across the street from the Gainbridge, where we went for our show) breakfast was great!

Amazing location to gainbridge Fieldhouse. The room was small but clean. Downtown was very pretty and we were able to walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants to chose from in that area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great price. Check in was great. We arrived early for the WNBA game, and got out name on the wait-list. By the end of the game, our room was ready. So we freshened up and went off to walk and explore downtown. Can't wait until next time!
