Familienzimmer schön, sauber und komfortabel; Frühstück gut und preislich fair

Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Le petit déjeuner est continental et se situe dans la salle du restaurant qui bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur la vallée. L'emplacement est idéal pour faire de belle balade à pied. Il y a une superbe balade qui part de l’hôtel et qui passe par un site exceptionnel composé de Rocher et falaise extraordinaire. On pourra admiré un autre décors de la petite Suisse. Il y a une piscine et un sauna pour vous relaxer après la balade.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich, viel Auswahl und sehr lecker. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wunderschöne Natur. Ideal zum entspannen.

Prachtige ligging met veel wandelroutes direct vanaf het hotel. Alles zeer proper. Heel mooi uitzicht en heel rustig. Personeel is super vriendelijk.

Eigenlijk vrij duur via Booking.com. Bijna dezelfde prijs betaald voor overnachting en ontbijt dan voor een arrangement met middag en avond eten inbegrepen (erna gezien op hun website).

Die Junior-Suite war groß, mit tollem Ausblick und durch einen Vorhang teilbar, so dass man abends noch zusammen sitzen konnte, wenn das Baby schläft. Auch der Hund war willkommen und hätte sogar mit in den Frühstücksraum gedurft. Für das Baby stand ein Bett und sogar Spielzeug bereit. Das Frühstück war nicht außergewöhnlich, aber es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Zum Hotel gehört ein kleines Hallenbad.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, unter der Zimmertür schien das Licht vom Flur durch. Ein Wassernapf für den Hund auf dem Zimmer wäre toll gewesen. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage, die Aussicht, die Wanderwege

Sauberkeit ließ auf der Terasse des HotelZimmers (Suite) sehr zu wünschen übrig, dass Zimmer sah oberfläclich sauber aus leider nur oberflächlich. Schwimmbad ist wirklich eklig gewesen

Good beds, great breakfast, very clean bathroom and linen, nice indoor pool, gorgeous balcony view (southside).

The hotel needs renovation and some more care. The entrance on the side is not welcoming, the place outside is not tidy, with clutter and weeds, visible garbagecontainers and staff is taking their break in plastic chairs and smoking 4 meters before the entrance. The breakfastroom is also very outdated, some fresh paint and furniture would make a great difference. Moving cleaning and hoovering robots are not done and even dangourous in the lobby during the day. The sauna area is a real disappointment, a dark place in the basement with showers and tiling from the seventies, lacking standard infrastructure such as a bench to put your clothes on and scrubsalt, not the vibe and feeling you want, especially on vacation. The rooms and balconys could use some updating too, considering the pricerange (the carpet in the room, the windows, the balcony floor and screens...)

The hotel is located in an amazing location, with a beautiful view, up the hill. I have decided to chose this location in order to relax after some work related assignments in Luxembourg and if I happen to be in the neighbourhood again, I will certainly go back. I have made use of the pool as well, which was super relaxing. Excellent, lovely service in an amazingly remote (but not far) location.

The staff at the reception was amazing and very welcoming. They made us feel at home and helped with any of our queries. But, some of the staff at the restaurant were not quite attentive to us. Many times we also got the feeling of being ignored. We might be wrong, but I cannot deny that the thoughts of being ignored because of our skin colour did cross our minds especially during the Easter dinner. We had to leave in between and walk away.

I was so pleased with the service I received from staff.They went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. The food was amazing. The hotel was very clean. The view and nature was also exceptional.

Great location, clean rooms. The pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a good hike in the area. Good buffet breakfast. Food in the evening tasty.

Food portions were very (too) big, so a lot of waste. No lounge area, to read a book or have a drink
