The hotel is exactly like advertised, no surprises. Good location, pleasant chilling area with a restrauant.

The room had working AC. Decent food at the restaurant at a good price. Interesting decor throughout property. Toilet was leaking but told staff and it was fixed.

The pool was not very clean. The water was not clear and there was a lot of debris floating in the water (it was quite breezy). Was a bit of a walk to the city centre (20 min).

Great place for a family to stay on the edge of the town centre (20-25 min walk away). Kids enjoyed the pool and the room with air con and fridge was generally good for the relatively cheap price

Beautiful hacienda at the gates of Valladolid. Splendid park on the premises with clean pool. Nice rooms and clean linens. Overall a very good hotel with good value for money. Great dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Breakfast could have been better. The WiFi was basically non existent, because it was so slow. Only one towel per person, however you can always ask for pool towels. Water pressure was super low, water cane only trickling.

The garden area and by the pool area was very lovely and chill

We had no hot water and when we went to reception to tell them about it, we were told that they were aware if an issue. I was expecting a more proactive approach by staff

More hostel than hotel. Really overrated, photos are much nicer then reality. - Hairs and stains on beddings. Was is really changed? I would say NO! Disgusting! - Pool was cloudy. - Thay don't change towels. Towels that we get were with stains. - Bathroom very dirty, again hairs everywhere. - Bathroom mat had mould - There was wedding happening on Saturday evening in hotel and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep all night.

Rooms are decent and at a good price. Beds are comfortable. Cheap place to stay within walking distance of the centre of town but stay away from the restaurant

No fans in the rooms, showers are a bit "rustic", stains on sheets a bit suspect, and bathrooms not very clean. Service at the restaurant was horrible, the food cold, and the coffee doesn't taste nice

The pool was nice to relax after a long day of visiting cenotes and the hot weather
