Location, service, nice view, best host Alexandra and her stuff, breakfast, chef's choice to present his delicious meals,

We had a great time! The part of the hotel we stayed in was new and well designed. You could enter the pool directly from the terrace of the room. The beach area was wonderful with lots of chairs and bean bag style chairs. There was a nice hike close to the hotel just walking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choices and we are at the restaurant each night and went to a restaurant that was only four minutes driving away for lunch.

Everything was wonderful. The view was amazing, the rooms had a really high standard and the pool was amazing. Also we enjoyed the Breakfast and the Massage! Everyone was very welcoming, extremly nice and helpful. We went there in the first week of Oktober, just before the Hotel closed (because the season ends) and I can really recommend, to go in the beginning or the end of the season, when it is not crowded at all. It was so peaceful and beautiful!

Nothing! The Sand at the Beach is not very fine sand, it is more like very little stones but thats only something you need to know if you want to go jogging barefoot at the beach. The beach is still very nice and the sea was crystalclear.

Hotel is new, very nicely decorated, room, beach.

Breakfast was much better last year.

decent buffet breakfast, but no water (!) internet was slow, barely worked. did not get the bill once, at the restaurant (fauly sustem they said..) billing on the room didn’t seem to please some members of the staff

- very nice restaurant and good food - very nice beach and beach bar, just across the street - big private parking - friendly stuff

- the standard, non-luxury rooms need refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. The shower faucet are old and rusty, the drain doesn't work well - poor lighting - poor WIFI If you want to have the 4 star experience, you need to book the luxury suites, the old ones feels max. 3 stars.

Great location, on the very amazing beach of Toroni, nice and modern hotel, excellent breakfast.

The room was not with expected cleaning level ( forgotten t-shirt from previous visit), the daily cleaning was not meticulois enough, also in not convenient time ( 15.00-16.00 ), the attitide and servive of some of the staff om the a la carte restaurant amd on the beach could also be improved.

Disappointed! Btw, the restaurant was very good.

The room was with very high humidity! And there was a bad smell and mould! We asked to change the room, but the options was to pay extra 300 euro and change two more times. This is absolutely unacceptable for 4 stars hotel. I also asked to charge my electric car, but my request was refused. And there was another EV which obviously charging. With my family we spent every summer at Greece for 13 years already, but this is my first time I'm writing a review, because of my disappointing. I just can't recommend this hotel to a friend.

Staff

We couldn’t use Internet in our room, had to go to reception desk. Breakfast could be better and also too many sun beds in the hotel beach, to crowd even the beach is very long and not crowded

the friendliness of the personnel, particularly the guest relation manageress, the kind and polite employees (waiters, bar tenders, receptionists, cleaning personnel etc.), and of course the manager himself who had his eyes everywhere and on everything in order to render a perfect performance.

I would have preferred if the room were cleaned while we had breakfast, and not only late in the afternoon.

Very nice boutique hotel right at the beach 🏖 we stayed (2 adults & 1 baby) over a week. Overall a very nice stay & we would love to come back + location is nice and quite at the beach + you have a beach bar with service at the umbrellas + modern & nice interior + crystal clear water at the beach + good mix of guests (families & couples) + small family owned hotel, app 40 rooms + spa, hamam, sauna for bad weather + fresh breakfast 🥞ask for the fresh pancakes + super friendly stuff

Things to improve / suggestions - you should come with a rental car so you can explore, it is not so easy to get a taxi , possible but you have to wait - internet is super slow, needs an update please , you cannot stream Netflix. Right now you need to use a hot spot, which not always works - if you stay longer make sure to book a big room at the pool / with a sea side view or the family apartment

The sea, the room ( which was upgraded to deluxe), the restaurant - everything was perfect. We would come here again! The staff was helpful and nice. The chezlongs were comfortable and new. The beach was clean. The hotel provides towels. The sea is the best I've ever seen in my life! The water is warm and cristal clear. We love the place!

There was a distinct smell in some parts of the hotel but it was not long lasting.

Professional people that always smiling and ready to lisen your needs in order to have a perfect summer vacation.
