Restaurant is fabulous. We had a dinner and the food and service was outstanding. It deserves a Michelin star and it is the best restaurant we have dined in Switzerland. We recommend it highly

it’s a very nice hotel. great view. great location. this was supposed to be the family trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday but he have a emergency business trip back to US so I took kids all by myself and was worried the whole time till I get to the hotel. the staff was very helpful and friendly with all my questions and concerns and they took very good care of us. it makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable. the hotel have private van to take us to the gondola and when we are done we just call them and they come pick us up. super awesome!!! I will highly recommend this hotel and in fact we are planning to come back in the future with husband!!! thank you you guys !!!

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We were very happy with our stay.

the room was a good size and nicely finished. Location of the hotel is excellent with walking distance to the main section of town. Excellent view from our 5th floor room.

The room only had one chair in it for 2 people. the website photo showed a sofa at the end of the bed but this was not there. We did request a second chair to be brought in which helped. Hot tub is small and not very hot.

Amazing staff, and great hotel

Fire Alam went off on early morning, so badly handled no communication standing in the cold for ages at 3 am in the morning and was just chaotic/ no plan in place for these issues. We were also staying on the top floor when I explained my partner had a disability during check in.
