Breakfast was very good. Very diverse and fresh.

Room is very dated. Mould was present in the shower. There was no toothpaste available (and of course I forgot to bring my own). Elevator was quite old and noisy. All photos in Booking.com where photoshopped to seem cleaner, newer and brighter than actual room. For 30% more money I could have gotten a much better experience in a more modern hotel.

Requested non smoking accommodation, as i entered the room it stank and there was an ashtray placed, I immediately went back to the reception desk to ask for a new room, the receptionist gave me attitude and told me that all of their rooms were "non smoking", I then replied asking if he could explain the ashtray, he didn't even acknowledge the fact and just gave me a key to a new room; The hotel is extremely outdated and needs refurbishment urgently; The Spa team and service is great however its located right next to the conference centers, and it gets extremely loud, if you are planning to relax during a massage you wont if theres an activity there. I only stayed for 2 nights and it serve its purpose based on location but I wouldn't return.

The staff were super accommodating and did their best to help.

The extra bed in the room which I didn’t need overcrowded the space making it uncomfortable to stay in there during the day.

Nice building and facilities. Rooftop swimming pool. I enjoyed the breakfast, clean with lots of choice. The view from my balcony was on the street side, looking the fountains, the radio tower and towards the government buildings.

The receptionist was a bit cold, almost rude at check in. Also i found an uncleaned ashtray on my balcony.

The pool, room, reception, waiting rooms next to lifts in all floors.
