Amazing new hotel with views of the Bahai gardens. Room was exceptional, spacious, with coffee amenities and complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. The hotel is nicely designed and offers snacks throughout the day for the guests. Dinner and breakfast serving were exceptional, huge variety of food, very tasty.

Hotel staff is overall nice, but not trained enough. Property page on booking and in official Fatal site mentions there's a sauna available in the hotel, no one in the staff knew that and told us there isn't one, until we checked by ourselves. Basic thing to know about the hotel is what are the available facilities. There were some prices discrepancies as well where the hotel staff tried to charge us extra for VAT even though it was prepaid and we have the invoice for it, also tried to charge more for dinner, even though they offered it in another price thorough their whatsapp promotions. Hotel pool was really nice with good view but overcrowded and small.

Great rooftop pool, easy cheap parking, breakfast is generous and staff is very welcome.

Restaurants by the hotel are mediocre.

The whole package. The position was excellent. Staff very helpful and attentive . Food was great . Room was very comfortable.

the AC system in the room couldn’t get set to a comfortable level. too cold or too hot or not working at one point. there was a smell of damp apparently coming from the bathroom. for some reason Milk was not provided with the coffee. but that seems to be the standard practice in Israel!

Our stay was an exceptional one; the hotel is very new and everything in it is on point.. The staff were very welcoming and I highly recommend it. The breakfast was outstanding and the pool and the view are beautiful.

The location is stunning, close to the Baha’i garden. Breakfast is superb. Huge variety of food with super high quality. The overall ambience very charming.

The room was very noisy. There is an AC engine outside the window so noisy that we could not sleep well.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, the building is new and the staff was helpful. The breakfast hall and the breakfast itself were amazing!

The pool is small and shallow, it's a rooftoop pool, so really, it's only there to soak in on a hot day, don't expect to have a nice swim, other than that, it has an incredible view

I recently stayed one night at Hotel Spa Boranica and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. And the spa was simply amazing . Liz is highly recommended)) The hotel's location is also fantastic, situated in a peaceful and picturesque area (Bahá'í Gardens) surrounded by nature and fresh air. And the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of meeting Yoni, the manager. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Spa Boranica to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and top-notch amenities make this hotel a true gem that I cannot wait to visit again.

Room comfort was good but the breakfast was amazing .

There is not a restaurant to serve dinner , location is little bit far from public transportation

The breakfast buffet (included at additional cost) was the most beautifully and tastefully presented buffet I've seen! A treat for the senses.

Our 4th floor room had one low window that looked towards the stunning Bahai Gardens but we had to bend down and look up to see them.

completly new, fresh, clean! they have great concierge and manager who were present around all the time. there is a lot of stuff members all the time around hotel

since its still very new, some stuff members need more training but again its not an issue at all since there are always other members who can support.

Unique, clean, modern, spacious.
