Incredible room (King Suite). Very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Hotel staff were amazing, letting me check in early as I had an early flight to Odessa, and were very helpful throughout the stay. Great facilities, and there is a good shop opposite which was very handy.

Only issue I had was that the breakfast was cold. We had ours delivered to the room, which was nice, but every item was cold. Besides that, wonderful stay.

It's a decent hotel, nothing spectacular. It's location is convenient though and it's easy to get to and from the airport (it's quite close and it's on a main street, so it's easy to catch a taxi or Uber), but that's about it.

Really good hotel. I stayed in room 308 for a week. Large room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Location is fine but still a good walk to the main centre of the city. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Bad smell of sulphur on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Breakfast is okay but not great. Restaurant only open for breakfast so no lunch or dinner available due to the covid - 19 situation.

Location is about two miles away from the city center but no big deal. There are other attractions within the hotel radius. The staff was very helpful in meeting me needs. Breakfast is boring and same every day.

Air conditioning was turned off claiming the summer season was over; open the windows instead to allow cool air.

A little bit noisy the hotel is situated in a crowded intersection. Maybe some fresh juice at breakfast will be ok.

breakfast was good, very clean hotel, towels smells strange - like they were in very high temperature.

temperature in room was bad, we could not turn off heating, it was 26 degres in our room. AC was very loud

the breakfast is very poor, same everyday, and you expect it to be reused since the hotel was not full, better to offer freshly made small servings, chooing 3/5 dishes or similar the room was great allthough only atandard, really good size and quality, staff excellent, located on bigger road, yet our room was quiet, you have to pay to leve your luggage

poor breakfast we left our liggage tor two hours, the manager charged 100 hrufnar, its mot alot but I dont like the mentality we had an early deal on the room at a fair rate, but the hotel is far to expenive generally the brrakfast is really really poor, if they upgraded that and the coffee the price might be ok, bur for the moment they charged like 4 stars hotels but the breakfast is more like 2 stars, rooms and staff very good

Many guys are at the loby, owners, or manager, smoking ... It is kinda feels bad

Having tried more that 15 places (hotels, hostels, apartments) in Odesa, I would surely say: this is the perfect place to stay in this city. Thanks to the owners and administration, making our stay with husband and 2 years old son really nice and sunny.

The whole experience was fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The room was super clean with a very comfortable bed and modern decor. The morning breakfast on the rooftop cafe was really enjoyable and had a good selection of dishes in the buffet.

Very clean. The staffs are friendly and hospitable. The mattress in the room was in very good condition and I slept well. The location of the hotel was good as it's near the city center.

The smell of cigarettes was not good when entering the room. It needs ventilation, not air conditioning. Breakfast was mediocre, a bit disappointing as it wasn't as varied as I expected. The staff was friendly, but It will be great there's more food to choose from.
