Good location. Area was safe and walkable with restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions nearby.

Very friendly staff. We arrived early and they were very nice about allowing us to drop off our luggage and giving us the code for parking

My stay at the hotel was just pit stop to my next destination. The hotel is due for furniture updates.

The mgr and front desk were AMAZING. Very helpful (I had sent a decoration for our rm ahead of time, for our 25 wedding anniv. It was in our rm AND a lovely anniv. card & box of chocolates besides.) They stored our luggage after we checked out, so we could go sightseeing. They made calls for us (taxie etc). Breakfast had a lot of choices (some hot) and was included. Nice robes & slippers too!

I’m so bad with names and I wish I would’ve wrote it down but the gentleman with glasses who works in the morning has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very personable and because of him I’d book here again. The breakfast is also really good!!

The hotel should provide at least one bottle of water per guest per day. The vending machine did not function and sucked in the money but did not dispense the water. In addition, the price of the water was outrageous. This was very inconvenient. Other than this, everything was good.

Great location, comfortable King bed with terrible pillows. Pull out couch very hard. Great room service. We stayed on the 6th floor, two windows were able to be opened. One with a stop that was allowing a slim person to get out and one able to be fully opened. Hopefully this will be taken care of right away since we notify the front office.

Hotel in need of updating. Location is great, hot water tepid, needs paint, carpets. A/C was great. Computers did not work and daytime clerks had a horrible attitude!!!

Wonderful stay! We were greeted by Alex. He helped us to navigate the city with ease. There was an office area where we could print off our cruise tags. He has a great sense of humor and is professional and kind! Thank you Alex!!

The room had a very weird smell and the bed and pillows were very hard

Rooms are dated, but really liked how much space & big the rooms were. Staff were friendly & helpful. Really liked the large vanity area of the washrooms. Breakfast was great & liked that there were a few gluten friendly options.

I pi ked this hotel 1. Because it was new. 2 because it had a pool for the kids to swim on. However it was broke the whole time. Also my door to my room broke. Went to the lobby to see if someone could come fix it. The lady at the desk acted like i was bothing her. I didn't pay 500.00 to be treated poorly. I probably won't go back.

Thankful for onsite parking. Walking distance to a lot of food, parks, concerts, tourist sites, etc. Some gluten free breakfast options would have been helpful too though.

Love the large room with the bedroom in it's own separate room. Clean and quiet plus transportation is readily available.

Basic stay, nothing fantastic, but nothing too terrible. Breakfast was a good offering and they kept it stocked

The property is clean and quiet!

We’ve been using La Quinta these past several months, Auburn, Spokane. We loved the properties and their being dog friendly place. Service was always good. So this trip we tried Seattle, property was old but clean. Breakfast was typical. Service however was really bad. My first time to be treated like that and I travel here and abroad often. Unfortunately, their afternoon-evening front desk person (probably not the hotels fault) had horrible manners. He was busy with his phone that every time we asked a question he made us feel like we’re unconvincing him. Treating us like we’re ignorant when we were merely clarifying issues. What a terrible way to treat guests. I hope the management can address these personnel’s issue so it won’t reflect on their good name. People hired on positions like that should have pleasing personality and patience. The other staff were nice.

The rooms were clean but dated A little updating & it would be nice. Parking extremely tight & limited. Great location with easy transit close by. Breakfast had a lot of variety & was cleaned & restocked in a timely matter.
