The drain in the sink was clogged, the toilet seat had urine all over it, old discolored faucet/handles in shower, cracks all over shower stall… the bed was old and springy…I expected it to be budget but not unclean & uncomfortable. It was 12:30 am when we discovered this so we didn’t ask to be moved. : (
The friendly check-in host was great.
The swimming pool was covered in a film of palm tree blossoms. While it’s understandable that these are hard to keep out with, it would have been reassuring to know that the pool is skimmed at least once a day.

Have stayed many times before. Was pleased with the room redecoration! Room was very clean. Elevator was out part of the time, and I was on the third floor.

We had a great stay even though the hotel was aged the room was updated and clean. Close to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the pool and would definitely be back in the future.

In its heyday the vagabon was probably a really cool place. Now it’s a little old and overpriced. But if you want to experience and old fashioned motor inn the the Vagabon might be what your looking for. The staff was friendly

Room was clean and beds firm. Pool was heated and loved that it was open till 11:00pm. Was nice to come back last and still get a dip in the pool and/or hot tub before going to bed Like that they had pool towels right there too

The room was very simple but super clean; the sink and ceiling in dressing area need to be updated. Price was acceptable but not great considering it is a motel. It fit the need for one night though.

I get here to check in and there’s a sign on the door that says out to lunch, be back at 9:00 pm. What?

I love the location and the price. It's easy and reliable. Sure the rooms are dated but they are clean. TV is huge and cable channels are a plenty. The wifi is very good too.

Fast and easy check-in. Beds are firm, pillows are small and soft. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Pocket door for the bathroom was very heavy, so my 7 year old couldn’t close it. The room could have used a deep clean, but overall cleanliness was okay. Plenty of parking. Close to stores, restaurants, etc. It worked out just fine for my quick over night stop.

I had to cancel ahead of my check in reservation, due to family illness issues. They still charged me for my room!

Overall priory is older but clean. Only way to get room refreshed is to ask for it. Stayed 5 days and showered in cold water on 3 of the mornings.

Properties fairly large and has a very nice pool that people use and enjoy. However, the rooms have carpet on the floors which are pretty gross and the first night when I climbed into bed the spider was under my pillow… Overall, . Not the best place to stay, but if you’re on a budget in Palm Springs, it’s probably OK

The room was nice and clean. I would upgrade the showers though. It shower head was not very good and water went from hot to warm to cold all in one shower.

The worst thing, and the most dangerous thing, was that the shower was very slippery and my almost 80-year-old husband fell. Be sure you have a good non-skid bathmat in place.
Our Room on ground floor wasn't particularly clean, judging from my socks. We had to ask for a different coffee maker and the second one quit too.
The motel was quiet, though, and that's a plus. My family enjoyed the pool, too.

Not to far from downtown Palm Springs, but not really walkable to stores and restaurants. A little difficult to find. Quiet and clean. Easy parking. Didn't use pool, but pool area looked nice.

Overall a pretty good stay, but a few things need attention. The shower in our room was very old and it was pretty much impossible to get the temperature of the water adjusted . The toilet flapper wasn't working properly, so quite a few times I had to turn the water off. The picture of the TV was too dark and therefore not usable. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and we'll be back, hoping to get a room next time where everything works.

Fastest check in ever. Super clean room. This was a quick overnight stay so I truly just needed somewhere to sleep otherwise would not stay a motel but it was totally fine. Fridge and microwave, clean pool. Nestled against the mountains and a short drive to shops/dining.

This property is very old and rundown . You can hear through the walls at nite . Needs an update very badly .
Bathroom tub is old and dirty chalking around perimeter of it , just nasty , taps old and need replacing ,
Location is fine , but this place needs to be updated , Terrible shape and poor lighting inside .beds lumpy and hard , so didnt get a good sleep the whole time we were there . Had a sore back every morning.
Guests upstairs were very noisy most of nite .
Won’t stay there again !!!
