Ok for a quick overnight stay if sleeping isn’t a priority. We were on main floor by entry and could hear anyone in hallway. Older hotel. Won’t stay here again.
Other than that everything else was ok. Good location.

Great location for a football trip to Knoxville. Reasonable price and 15-20 minutes from Market Square downtown. Hotel is kept up very well and staff is helpful and friendly.

We stayed at this location when attending a concert at Neyland Stadium. It was about 20 min. from downtown with traffic. It was clean and saved a good purpose for what we were looking for.

Great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and floors were quiet. The only negative I have is that the cleaning staff doesn't clean the walls. There was a lot of nasal mucus (aka boogers) in the bathroom and above the bed in my room.

You can see that efforts have been made to update the facility which is good. However, it’s still somewhat run down and the elevators smell like mold/mildew. There is only one ice maker for the entire hotel and it was empty. The ladies at the hotel were very nice.

Very good room with nice people. Breakfast was good and check in and out was easy. Would stay here again if in the area.

Friendly staff, clean. The mirror is dimly lighted, which makes it hard to put make-up on. Parking is cramped. We would stay there again.

The staff was super friendly. The entire facility was clean and neat and up to date. The pool was fun for the kiddos. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the food well stocked and was super friendly!

Overall for the price it was good. The staff was excellent. Right off of I40 and not far from Pigeon Forge Tn. There are a few food places and gas stations there. I will be staying here again in September.

This hotel is a little older but so well kept and clean! Our room was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Check in was easy & quick. Room was clean and all amenities (coffee maker, hair dryer, etc)worked. Would stay again without hesitation.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room was really humid and I could feel the moisture in the air. Needs a dehumidifier

My wife, I, and the 3 kids all slept great and had a good amount of options for breakfast. It served the intended purpose very well.

When I first arrived the staff were very professional but then the staff afterwards were very unprofessional. I also found a roach in our room crawling on the desk early in the morning.It was okay experience for someone wanting a short stay, Anything for more than 2 days is a no go.

Front desk guest services for great. The room was nice and clean but the bed was not as comfortable and new, more firm pillows. There needs to be more lighting in the room (@ least in the room I was in) Breakfast was decent. Overall, my stay was good.

The air in the room was muggy and the AC unit did not function properly. The lighting in the room and bathroom was was dark, so my wife did not know if she place her makeup on correctly. You had to slam the door shut, because the door would stick in the open position. Finally at there were only five TV channels. I finally had to play with settings to get all the channels that were available to be able to see what was offered.

First room had a broken toilet, the sink in the second room was cracked, the TV was terrible, buffering and losing the show

We booked a suite since we are a family of 5, got there and they had given our suite to another person. So they had to give us adjoining rooms, which didn’t let me sleep much. There were water stains, it looked like the shelf for the fridge in room 207 was rotten. The pictures on The site are very deceiving

It was nice place to stay after being on the road for 14 hours. Room was big enough for what we needed.

The hotel is fine but they don’t have network television. Can’t watch sports, news or weekly tv shows. Very odd

The property was outdated and dirty. Would not stay there again. Advertised suites did not have separate bedroom area. Loud.

Arriving at the La Quinta, we go in to the front desk and there is NO ONE FOR 20 MINUTES at the front desk! This property is to say the least … older … the owners have tried … but it’s like they slapped some lipstick on a pig! It’s worth one night, but not multiple nights.
