Very nice place to stay. Although the AC was set at 68 degrees in our room, the carpet, bedding, towels felt damp and even our clothing. Was surprised that there was no AC on in the hallways or elevator. Did not like the brand of bar soap and toilet paper provided. We went out and purchased our own products. Would stay here again, because the staff was great and the room suite accommodations are wonderful. Will be staying here again.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Breakfast was great! Cleaning not the best in the room😬 there was a dirty Kleenex on window, food left in the freezer from someone else and the bathroom smelled musty.

The bed in 101 was awful felt every time you moved sunk down in the middle air vent blew right on your face in bed advised lady at check out she wasn’t to concerned made excuses that beds were new 2 years ago and since they are an extended stay hotel maybe 1 person slept in there a long time not very professional

We come to relax in pool and hot tub but unfortunately that wasnt the case as we werent told that hot tub was not in working condition when we booked room. Very dissappointing

Stayed for one night passing through. No complaint here. Room was super spacious, ac was quiet, bed super comfy.

Lovely back patio and private yard available for hotel guests. Rooms are clean and stylish and the furnishings are up to date!

I have stayed here many times. It’s very conveniently located, staff is wonderful, it’s clean and the rooms are very nice. It’s due for a renovation but that has zero affect on the quality of the stay! Great job GrandStay!

this hotel has potential but is very outdated. the price is right and we wanted a two room suite which is hard to find so that’s how we ended up here. the amount of space was good. it smelled old and musty, like a nursing home. the hallways and common areas look like they have been updated but the room needs new carpet, new mattresses, and an overall update. again, the space was good, even in the bathroom, but the overall decor and furniture could use an upgrade. the pool is very small. if the only one in it then it’s fine. the hot tub was small and the jets were broken. the exercise room has three machines only. the breakfast was lacking. a single waffle iron, biscuits and gravy, and a few cold items. the front desk person at check in was very nice. the morning front desk was hard to find. no towels in the pool area and no front desk person around. at check out had to call out to the back where the front desk person was chatting with someone for a long while. for the price and space it was fine, but not sure i’d stay again unless they update. good potential.

Our 3 night stay was excellent. Pool was great for killing time and relaxing in the whirlpool! Upper jets didn’t work but still was a good experience. Would definitely stay there again!

Very friendly staff! We had no issues checking in or knowing how to use the transportation to the event we were attending. The complimentary breakfast was nice and included biscuits & gravy. Our non smoking room however smelled like smoke that somebody tried to cover and the king bed was suspiciously queen sized.

Very nice place. We rented the family suite with mini kitchen for the weekend, it was spacious. AC worked great (it was very hot outside) so.l this was a bonus. We were on 3rd floor. Pool is small and shallow... 4 feet deep but worked well for my littles. Hot tub jets were broke and boiling hot 1st night then chilly the 2nd night. Breakfast was okay, we have had better. Good location, close to shopping, food, and baseball tournament (which was why we were in town). Overall nice family stay/place.

The room was very spacious and clean. Check in was easy, staff very pleasant and helpful. The hot tub wasn't working, the room air conditioning was set at 60 when we walked in the room, it took some time to warm up. I'll stay here again but will ask if all is in working condition before doing so.

Grand stay met our needs. It wasn’t fancy but it was reasonably priced and convenient.

The 2bedroom suite worked well for the 6 of us.

I really enjoyed this room. I came in for business purposes in this room works very well for doing administrative type tasks. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be repaired as there was a considerable amount of paint missing but other than that, everything was fantastic

No wifi, jets on hot tub out of order, rocks blocking exit door where key card receptor broken(against fire code?), and ants on the desk.

Property is good, a little run down and worn in places like the bathrooms and carpeting but overall okay.

Internet doesn’t work, no timeline on when it will from front desk, and we’re traveling from out of country. Data roaming is going to kill us $$$$ Ceiling is peeling, popcorn ceiling in the bathroom, over tub, room smells old. Carpet has runs in it like an animal was in here. Hvac Vent in the bedroom is hanging, one screw was on the ground. TV’s are 15 years old. Poorly renovated holes in multiple doors and walls. No pride in ownership. 8 rating out of 10 is laughable, someone told a lie.

Nice amenities, but hard bed. Good for conducting business. Lot of work space and efficiency kitchen.

The stay was amazing. The room was very spacious and comfortable so many pillows, which is so nice. Loved the kitchenette and loved the living room. Space with television will definitely be coming back to stay here money times in the future also great breakfast and lovely staff.
