Very clean - like Monika clean 😃 Breakfast looked very good, although we were not able to stay for breakfast. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup removing wipes. The shower had two heads - overhead and hand-held which is very convenient for the girls who don’t want to get their hair wet. Maybe consider adding a shower cap to the toiletries.

Sound proofing is bad. We could hear our neighbors as if they were in the room with us, and I’m sure it was the same for them. The mattress squeaked. These are the only two negative things.

Hotels make my anxiety so awful. THIS HOTEL I was comfortable! The floors weren’t sticky. The room didn’t feel damp. It was well lit! It was clean. The breakfast was yummy. My kids loved the waffle topping options. The eggs were good. The surfaces were clean. The AC worked well. The people were lovely.

The toilet was a bit low to the ground. I would’ve liked a few more tea flavor options.

Room was very cramped. 2 lights didn’t work and the base of the desk lamp plug ins didn’t work. Certainly missed what used to be Hampton Inn exquisite service and warm cookies on arrival. Not with $160.00 for a one night stay!

The breakfast was the usual hotel fare, including hot items. They were good about keeping on top of refilling items as they were used.

We had to move rooms at 11pm because the person next to us decided to smoke in their room. We had adjoining rooms so the smoke smell was very strong. The manager came up and verified the need to switch. It was hard to move everything at that hour and then settle in for an evening rest. The person at the desk the next morning wasn’t very helpful.
