the staff was super friendly. The room was really clean. excellent service. I just thought the hotel corridor and rooms needed a few repairs - but that's overlooked when all else is fine. the restaurant and the cafe were really excellent service/food/coffee.

Great service immediately upon check! Room was clean & quiet, always a great stay when we are in the area. Walking around downtown EC is great & the northern wrap at the coffee shop below is AMAZING

We stayed one night as a stop over. The hotel was one of the few which offered a restaurant on a Sunday evening. The parking is up a ramp at the side of the hotel which wasn’t immediately obvious but there were plenty of spaces. Staff were very helpful.

We loved the cleanliness, service, and amenities. The parking was confusing with regards to payment, validation, and where exactly to park. Great little gym downstairs!

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is okay, although the bathroom had a bad sewage smell. But the connected garage is absolutely disgusting. There was urine and cigarette butts all over the garage and inside the elevator to the hotel. Tried to take the creepy stairwell instead and that was also covered in urine.
The staff is aware of these conditions because they warned us that the garage is not very nice and to be sure to take the elevator only. This is just a super skeevy spot. Definitely overpriced for the filthy surroundings. If you need to park here, look elsewhere.

Friendly helpful front desk staff. Check in was a breeze. Very clean and welcoming room. Lounge with outdoor seating was perfect. Waiters were very friendly and courteous. Only negative was the lack of bathroom counter space which in considering all the pluses to our visit was minuscule.

I took marks off because the check in time is so late. When you are paying almost 300 a night for a room and want to explore the city, checking in at 4pm is very late to freshen up and get dinner and want to walk around before shops close. With check out at 11 am, the room is only available for 19 hours. That makes the cost seem very high compared to time the room is available. It should be at least 24 hours. Make parking free as well. I won't stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I loved the black-out shades. The coffee shop on sight was phenomenal !

We stayed at the Lismore on a trip to and from Battle Lake, Minnesota. Our stays were great. The employees at check-in were very nice. Liked the cookies. We ate at the Informalist for dinner and breakfast. Both times the servers were friendly and informative. We would recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Arrived into town early, thought I would have to check my luggage. To my surprise and pleasure room was available early. Great breakfast buffet. Elected for room to be serviced every third day. My was missed but staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The spare sheets in the room weren’t cleaned, there was hair in the blankets and it was very off-putting.
Unfortunate for the price we paid for our suite.
