Pretty good stay, great central location to old town, only disappointment in the bathroom door could do with a thorough clean and the basin drain also as there was a terrible smell. The door to the room did not stay shut and needed to slam it to lock it.

The hotel and staff were excellent.. staff was courteous, expedient, accommodating, informative and professional….. attire was impeccable and the entire hotel from room to facilities were kept in pristine condition… breakfast was comprehensive and delicious…..

Brilliant upgrade to fourth floor suite after the first night. Superb views. Excellent location. Lovely staff who could not have been helpful, even to old folk like us who couldn't make various in-room devices work first time!

Everything was top notch. I plan to stay here again whenever I am traveling to Chania. Location had easy access to everything.

The hotel gave us complimentary fruit and traditional Greek wine. It’s very close to the waterfront where you can find different restaurants. There are rocks you can walk on to view the sunset. The view is fabulous.

Difficult to fault. Wanted a triple room for 3 adults which I thought might be a problem. Room was spacious and comfortable. Was very close to the old town, bus station and on Saturday-the delightful food market. Had the weather been better we would have enjoyed coming back to relax at the pool which was very clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of vegetarian options. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Great service, modern and spacious room, and easy 10 minute walk to old town and harbor

Its a great nice little spot away from everyone, I didnt really have anything negative to say, the people are extremely kind and respectful. The place is so nice, and clean, but the issue was there was no working AC, it kept blowing hot air, the beds are extremely comfortable. The wifi didnt work the whole 4 days I stayed there but overall the stay was pleasant, the breakfast and food menu was delicious.

Amenities and welcome items in the room

The bar has great service and was very quick. When I requested an iron and ironing board, staff arrived with the items in hand immediately. We arrived earlier than check-in time, so we did wait about an hour. But during that time I was able to relax in the lobby and enjoy a drink. Although the room was small, it was very nice with a lot of storage and very bright. The only thing is their bathrooms need remodeling. They are super clean, but the shower design is dated and tiny.

A convenient location for Chania, with easy parking. The staff were very helpful with arranging a late check out for us thanks for that. Good breakfast.

Overall - a very nice place to stay. Reception was fantastic…. Each one was always pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. The pool was very large for a hotel pool in Europe… in the city! Temperature of the pool was perfect! Breakfast was very nice… a few foods a bit cool…. But plenty of nice choices. The ONLY negative was our room. The room 223 ( not the bathroom) smelled like sewage each time we entered… notified the reception who immediately called maintenance… that night was better… but the smell returned the following morning. We didn’t spend alot of time there… so NOT a big issue…. If not for that … the hotel was perfect! Our daughters room next to us was fine…. We did notify staff the following day & on check out that this does need to be addressed

It had everything that we were looking for a hotel in this town. Staff, color scar mode was exceptional. I love their bed! Lol

Great place to stay close to the city center.

Staff was always very helpful. Buffet breakfast had a large assortment of food. Room was small but well laid out with a view of the ocean.

Clean and well positioned. Pool was great. Breakfast was excellent. Only quibble is how small the room was. We had three people and the lounge was a little small.

The Hotel overall was nice, it was kinda of hot in the room ad we could not control the AC. The wifi could use a upgrade it really did not work to well. The room was clean and the staff was nice the location of the room was great overall a good experience I would stay there again.

Staff was great....

Uncomfortable writing a review after our stay, but it is any guest’s duty after a stay good/bad; Mainly writing because the cleaning staff deserve a shout out, as they were extremely attentive, respectful and kind. Really appreciated the cleaning lady we met every day. Would not recommend the laundry service, as our clothes came back >2 sizes too small. Wi-fi okay, but could not Facetime or stream on Netflix/Youtube smoothly in our room, definitely not good enough to work from the hotel. The breakfast was basic with slow service. Would rather buy breakfast each morning in a bakery. Left this experience feeling anxious, worried and mistreated, unfortunately.
