Hello- I would say my stay in your apartment was pretty good. I would say I would recommend your property to my family and friends Price was reasonable. Location I would say was convenient walking to the train station, convenience store (711), some restaurants, and the shopping center. It was close to the airport as well.

I would want to mention that I had about three things that caused some annoyance on my part: 1. There was difficulty in getting hold of your door codes even though I have completed the “Occupancy” agreement and the other paperwork a day before my arrival. I had to have my daughter call you when I arrived at the airport in the evening since I didn’t have a US number yet upon arrival. I even helped another of your guests who had the same problem I had. Good thing I was on my way out to go to the store when I bumped into him standing outside the door & in the cold. Same thing, I had my daughter call your number again so the person can get hold of the door codes. 2. The heating wasn’t sufficient especially at night. 3. The door hinges on the bathroom door and other doors “creaks” loudly at night sometimes it wakes me up. A simple & quick application of WD-40 or light oil should do the trick.

We rent the whole unit 3, I really like the rooms and the kitchen inside it. Very comfortable beds and warm common space. It's a quiet neighborhood close to the airport (less than 30 minutes trip).

The renting process. Booking takes you out of its page to an outside link. You finish the process there and the payment is also made through this site. Some of the windows weren't correctly sealed into the frame so the wind goes inside.

The bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The bedroom was clean and had a wifi box in.

Sharing a bathroom with around 3 other rooms was quite a pain as the toilet and shower are both in there. We were always waiting to use the toilet. The kitchen was not the cleanest and had a few fruit flies. The wifi was not the best either. We had issues with paying for this property as it isn’t through booking.com, we couldn’t get a hold of anyone for hours due to us having a UK number. They said we didn’t have a reservation even though we had it confirmed on booking.com. We got this solved through contacting booking.com and then someone finally replied to my emails on the day of the stay so keep this in mind when booking.

Leaving

Getting the door code was a nightmare. One bathroom for eight people.

I enjoyed how cozy it was and the option of privacy.

The heat. It was a hot box at times. Didn't get the AC in till the last day.

Quite neighborhood, comfortable bed, code access to room, walking distance to Red Line.

Desk in room was too small, the picture showed a larger desk, I suspect that was in one of the other rooms. Mirror was in the hanging closet on the floor. I am not a fan of shared bathrooms.
