Great stay close to the historic centre

Not able to cast to tv. Boring breakfast with cold eggs and no bacon.

We loved our brief stay here! The staff was so helpful and kind. It has an underground parking lot which was very helpful. We left so early that we missed breakfast, and they were kind enough to make us sandwiches and other thoughtful items to take with us when we departed! Lovely hotel, a lovely area, lovely people.

Small room, noisy, no housekeeping.

This is a beautifyl hotel. No issues at all. Room spotless, AC worked great and we slept like babies!! Hotel Parking was full so we stayed around the corner for 30€. Close, safe and secure. Breakfast was a huge plus! They had it all! Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again.

The Art Hotel was in a great location, has good restaurants near by and the facilities were what I expected with a 4* hotel. The staff were excellent and helped whenever asked. The breakfast in the morning was excellent qaulity and plentiful. Had a very nice stay in Wroclaw.

Unique location, very friendly and kind staff, delicious and cozy place, right at the center of Old Town. I was there second time and I will come back :) !

The hotel is housed in a beautiful, old building just a few minutes walk from the centre of the old town. Our room (Superior Double) was very comfortable and large enough. It was uncomfortably hot at times and the thermostat didn't seem to make any difference to the temperature. We could have asked someone to look at it but I didn't want to take the chance of having to move rooms once I'd unpacked everything. The room was wonderfully quiet at night despite being so close to the centre. The pillows were on the soft side but there is a pillow menu... don't try the alpine pillow - it's too small to get your head on! The breakfast was varied and plentiful. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel right in the old town so really convenient for sightseeing. Elegant interiors, my double room was huge with really tall ceilings and a view out over the church. Really comfortable bed, everything immaculately clean. Also the staff were really responsive and helpful (in English via Expedia) when I needed a transfer from the airport, they arranged a taxi for me with only a few hours notice. Warm welcome even though I didn't arrive until almost midnight. Highly recommended.

Staff at front desk & restaurant couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. We stayed for a wedding (wonderful food & venue on 1st floor) so our immediate family had 3 rooms. All very clean & spacious. The front desk helped with several requests & called for a taxi at 5am on our way home. Another plus for us was many of the staff we spoke to were excellent with English.

The characterful hotel could not be more centrally located, just minutes from the main square and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Very good front desk and valet service. Hotel was right next to the main square and best part of town. Room had everything I needed, and the welcome cookies and croissants in my room were a nice touch. The lobby is very inviting. Would stay again.

Super location in center

The hotel was in a good central location just a couple of blocks from the main square. They did a nice job with the breakfast buffet. As for the room, I would just say that it was ok, but nothing special. They also used the COVID excuse for not offering cleaning service on the room. Of course no discount is offered, so this seems more like a cost savings initiative for the hotel. This was the only hotel I stayed at in Poland that didn't clean the room on a multi-night stay. Overall, I would rate the hotel as being alright but generally consider some of the other ratings I've read to be overrated. That's just my opinion.

Obsługa hotelu jest szalenie uprzejma i pomocna. Standard pokoju jest na wysokim poziomie. Jest bardzo czysto, łóżka są wygodne. Każdy pokój ma na wyposażeniu pyszną kawę, którą można wypić przed wyjściem na Rynek, który jest tuż obok.

Pleasant and attractive city hotel, walkable location. Maybe slightly run down but still pleasant enough in a lively and interesting city.
