Perfect for a short stay in Gyeongju. The hostel is within walking distance of everything to see in town or the bus going to Bulguksa. The staff was wonderful, shout out to Tina. They were happy to give recommendations and ask how your day was every time with a smile. It's super clean and the entire space feels super well designed from the beds, showers and kitchen. The breakfast is also a great addition, especially for such a cheap price. Overall you can't go wrong with this place considering the price and value.

The rooms are slightly on the smaller scale, but that's both an advantage and disadvantage as everything in the room feels well designed. In addition most people coming to Gyeongju stay 1 or 2 nights so the room being a little small for such a short stay is completely fine.

Very clean hostel, good location and extremely friendly hosts! We had to change rooms during the night due to some problems with roommates and they were super helpful and immediately gave us a new room! Totally recommend

Staff was very kind and is extremely helpful. Located few mins away from the non KTX train station - very convenient to catch city busses to basically everywhere. VERY CLEAN Excellent shared bathroom Curtains for every bed, bed does not creak. Very quiet at night - perfect for sleep

It would be cool if we got 2 towels, some people bath twice a day. But it is a request rather than complaint.

Location is very good, night near the tombs and palace. Also some good food options close by. The breakfast is included and has all the basic options, but with fresh eggs so you can cook your own style of eggs. Loved that! Staff is very friendly and wifi works good all around the hostel. Privacy (roll down) curtains at bed and a fold-out shelf was very useful!

The beds felt like cheap spring matrasses. Although they were thick and big, I woke up both mornings a little back sore. The shower/toilet is near the common room, so you have to walk through the common room to take a shower or go to toilet.

A+ hostel through and through. The host was very nice and caring, and it's evident that they know what they're doing. It really isn't easy to find hostels of this quality in Korea, especially outside Seoul. Would definitely revisit!!! Dorm room : new, clean sheets and pillowcase on a comfy bed. electric blanket + ceiling heater + humidifier. bunks don't wobble. Lounge/kitchen : standard hostel lounge. free coffee and tea, as well as a shared computer. breakfast was eggs and toast. Bathroom/shower : shower booths were spacious and clean. shampoo, body wash, shaving cream, etc. are available. only one toilet and sink though. Misc : Wifi works well everywhere, within walking distance of everything

Sojeong was a wonderful host and super helpful. She was really sweet and I wish I got more time to speak with her. The hostel was very clean and nicely located. I really enjoyed my stay in Gyeongju and was grateful for such a homey-feeling hostel. The staff went above and beyond.

Clean and cozy

Location is not bad. Walking distance from the bus stops and the observatory. The common space is well decorated and modern. Contrary to past reviews, I found restuarants around the guesthouse. There are two noodle shops within 50m, a fried chicken take away and 7-11 a bit further. Breakfast is the typical DIY eggs, toast and tea/coffee/juice in S.Korea. The old lady from the bakery helped me to store my luggage and to check in. The guesthouse staff Rosso is very nice and friendly. She helped me to get a taxi to the train station.

The dorm room is definitely small but I managed to put my trolley luggage. The bathroom is on elevated ground. I have to make sure I don't trip over when getting out of the toilet.

Clean, well run, popular hostel in an historic city in the mountains. Very helpful, kind staff. Breakfast was peanut butter and jelly toast, eggs, coffee.
