The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Gladys was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The cost to rent was very reasonable too! There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably or just relax in the living room. It was great having ice cold AC, a kitchen, and washing machine as well. I already recommended it to a friend considering Rome as her next destination!

Everything was fairly new and clean on the inside. Good wifi for the kids. You felt very safe in the building and most importantly the AC was solid.

Was a great stay with our group of 6! Close to the coloseum but far away from the crowds! Close to restaurants and a grocery store. AC was amazing during the hot summer. Highly recommend.

Property manager and employees were very helpful and extremely nice, checking in and communication was beyond easy. The apartment is in a perfect location and walking distance to colosseum, tons of restaurants, metro and small shops. Highly recommend it for anyone with family or small group, having full shower/bathroom in each bedroom was a huge bonus.

Clean and spacious, great communication with property manager that was on the premises. Very convenient to Colosseum and Forum, not as convenient to other areas but doable.

We stayed here for 4 nights and are pleased we booked here. With the 95-100 degree temperatures •F, we definitely appreciated the AC. We enjoyed the close proximity to the Colosseum and Metro and enjoyed local grocery access as well. Having the ability to wash and dry clothes was very convenient for us. The staff accommodated a special need we had on our final day.

Value wise it is a great place. Not the fanciest, cleanest or most comfortable. But good value!!!

My family and I just returned home from Italy today and this was our first stay while in Rome. The apartment was very spacious for my husband and I along with our two teenage sons. We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room space. The building was very secure with key entry into the building and also our apartment. I can’t comment about parking because we didn’t rent a car but the street and neighborhood were quiet. The apartment is located in the Esquilino area of Rome, which was the perfect combination of a quiet city neighborhood, great small shops, bars and restaurants without feeling like you’re staying with a huge mass of tourists. We really felt like we were locals which my sons were happy about and an amazing first experience for them visiting Italy. The apartment included all amenities- washer/dryer, linens, espresso machine, full kitchen with dishwasher, etc. The best amenity by far for us was the AC. Of the 10 days we spent in Italy(four in Rome), the AC was hands down the best of any other place we stayed. A definite plus given the 95 degree heat! Negatives were a few of the appliances didn’t work (clothes iron leaked, no ironing board, washing machine was very difficult to turn on). Overall, great place to stay!

This place is my go to place when I go to Rome annually It’s a great place in a great area Clean, safe, close to restaurants and Coliseum Highly recommend!!

The apartment in Colloseo Gardens is conveniently located near the Colloseum (10 min walk), to numerous restaurants and cafes, a couple of metro stations and Termini was a 20-25 min walk. The apartment was more than enough for a family of 4 with a huge patio! The staff was amazing and very responsive through whatsapp.

Excellent location and great communication with details of the stay. Gladys was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again for future trips to Rome.

Great stay the apartment was a very nice size, bigger than I expected. The staff was super nice and very welcoming. The area is very nice and you’re at a 10min walk to the colosseum. We walked so much and loved that the hotel was at a good distance from a lot of the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Rome (my family consists of 4 and the grand condo was perfect for us). Thank you to the staff for being so great!

Our stay at The Colosseo Gardens was fantastic. Brought my two older granddaughters to see and experience Rome. The apartment was very close to many attractions including a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum. Our apartment had everything we needed. This is my second time here and was not disappointed . Everyone was very friendly and assisted when needed. Grocery store is very close by if you want to have food and snacks. I would totally recommend staying here.

Was by spacious for my family of 5. The Colosseum is very close. About a 10 minute walk. Walking distance to the store, pharmacy and several cafes (081 Cafe was our favorite!), and the metro. We utilized the metro quite a bit to get where we needed. We walked to Manzoni and easily got to shopping and the other major sites while in Rome.

Communication was great, it was in a local area, very quiet at night. Very close to the Colloseum.

The property is well managed. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The showers are small but that is the architecture of Rome. Overall, I loved the location and the fact that it was within walking distance of most popular areas.
