For the money we paid, the hotel was way better than I thought it would be. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Nothing fancy or upscale about the room. But it was clean. The bathroom was spotless. Dove products in the bathroom. Towels clean and fresh. Ample parking. Free breakfast included hot and cold selections. Pancakes (looks like the microwave variety-not a fan), cheese omelettes- again some kind of microwaved stuff, oatmeal, sausage patties, home fries. Plus muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee, tea and assorted juices. Room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. A light on both nightstands would have been useful. There was only one. Would definitely stay again.

We scheduled a stop for a midway trip. Got there and check in was easy. I booked two rooms but we were not next door; within waking distance yes, but not next door. They told us which directions to go for both of our rooms. It took us 15 minutes to find it. Ironically enough, once we got into the room, there was a QR code which gave us information on where to find the rooms and hotel info. This would have been helpful at the FRONT DESK. We also experienced a roach in our room by the mini fridge which was NOT cold. It should be running at all times if you're expecting a guest to check in. Plus, the bathroom had the shower head pointed at the noon existed glass which made the shower overflow and the stopper was locked. The BEST part was.... My husband walked to the gas station to grab snacks and he was solicited by a woman from the neighboring hotel. Glad he is faithful. Haha

Hotel requested pre check in. Nothing ready for pre check in. Waited 30 minutes at 11pm to check in. Room very back of building with no directions and very little lighting

It was a pleasant surprise. It’s not fancy but clean, bed and shower were good. Breakfast was almost very tasty, and overall better than I expected considering the money spent.

Overall pretty good. Need more l8fhting in room. Definately good price for service. Doors need weather steiooung to avoid bugs getting in.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Bed was really comfortable. Room was clean. Loved that it had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers so I didn't have to use mine. Staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again!

We were traveling in a large group in an emergency situation. For a great price we had 1 king and 2 queens. Best way to describe the rooms is its two motels rooms refurbished with an opening joined together, it was an extremely comfortable sleeping arrangement without breaking the bank.

Low rating due to very dirty condition of hotel room floor. Visible dirt. Could feel it sticking to our feet. Turned feet and socks black. Rest of the room was satisfactory. The floor had obviously been ignored for quite some time. Would have asked for a room change but the property was fully booked due to incoming hurricane. Would not stay at this property again.

They refused to check me out when I turned in my keys and even after calling twice after the fact kept saying they would get around to it. They also stole my $100 deposit. They kept saying they would send my receipt where they credited it back but didn’t and now it shows as a completed transaction. I have recieved no emails or receipt after checking out after they kept saying they did it.

Convenience near the airport

Booked the room since it was close to the airport. Hotel is quite dated. But the property is doing updates. The room was very clean. The bathroom not so much. There was hair stuck to the shower walls and to the shower/ bath gel pumps that the hotel provides. The hotel room doors to the room. Do not make a solid seal. The first room I was in, the seal was so large in the door I could see out side but the manager was nice enough to move me to another room despite the seal in the door not closing there either. But it wasn't as large as the last room. Not a five star hotel, but comfortable and worth the price. I cannot comment on the breakfast because I didn't eat there.

The air conditioning thermostat was in saving room, and you only had one vent, feeding the bedrooms with a large window view of the ocean, which made for the bedrooms, being very hot even in the evening hours

The first room had spiders everywhere, the floor was nasty and had to switch , the second room was about the same . The hallways were full of air conditioners leaking water, breakfast was terrible for a hotel but the breakfast attendant was nice and helpful, and the pool was” closed “

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Property pics are extremely misleading and look way nicer online than what is actually there. If I got to see it in person first I would NEVER stay here but the reservation was already booked and I didn’t intend on spending much time at the hotel. I arrived in the evening and dropped my things off and left straight out without inspecting the room, then came back late and went straight to sleep so I didn’t see everything I’m about to share until the next day. There was visible dirt, hair, debris, a fingernail, stain at the toilet and roaches. I was willing to tough it out with just the dirt but the roaches were the last straw. I checked out early and an employee told me the roaches may be because I’m on the first floor. Assistant manager said I could be refunded if hotels.com would refund them. I spoke with hotels.com and they called to confirm and the same manager told them no. I spoke with the General Manager the next day and voiced my complaints just to be told he didn’t see them. I’m currently fighting for my refund through the Better Business Bureau and you would think the pictures would be enough to want to remediate the situation but there is no accountability or even acknowledgment of the roaches. I was also told I could’ve got another room but who wants another room when there are roaches on the premises. I don’t have enough room to share more details but please refer to my google review for more. Hopefully the BBB will help me.

I liked the convenience to shopping and dining options. I also liked the size of the room. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I did not like the following: the pool was closed- I changed where I was staying because there was a pool. It should have been noted that pool was closed. The room had numerous dead bugs throughout, including on the bed. The wall behind the sink was filthy, as was one of the waste cans when the bag was removed. When I asked to have bed sheets changed, I was handed the sheets and had to do it myself. The space under the door was large enough that a large, black grasshopper looking insect got into the room. I had to put a towel down along the door to keep anymore insects from coming in. Finally, there was a web on the unit where you can hang your clothes and there were no hangers.

The bed sheet and pillow covers has been changed, it smelled with cheep perfume from previous occupants
